UNIVERSITY HOLIDAYS. The employer shall prescribe the last working day before Christmas Day, the three working days between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day and Easter Tuesday as University Holidays for employees in continuing employment.

UNIVERSITY HOLIDAYS. (a) The employer shall prescribe the last working day before Christmas Day, the three working days between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day Day, and Easter Tuesday as University Holidays Holidays, provided they are days that would otherwise be working days for employees the employee. (b) Where the employer requires an employee to work on a University Holiday, an alternative paid day in continuing employmentlieu will be designated as a University Holiday for the employee. Ordinary time rates shall be paid for the day worked.
