Renewal and capital delivery will therefore be driven by the availability of funding resulting from the University’s program changes and grant applications including Structural Adjustment. Daytime Space Utilisation Rates CQUniversity will have an infrastructure, systems and policy driven approach to space management, which will drive efficiencies in utilisation across the campus portfolio.
