Unlawful Discrimination Prohibited. It is agreed that neither the Union nor the District shall unlawfully discriminate against any employee because of race, religious creed, national origin, marital status, age (over 40), gender, disability, sexual orientation, Union membership or non-membership, legally protected Union activity or any other basis protected by federal, state or local employment discrimination laws.

Unlawful Discrimination Prohibited. Consultant shall not engage in unlawful employment discrimination. Such unlawful employment discrimination includes, but is not limited to, employment discrimination based upon a person’s race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical handicap, medical condition, marital status, gender, citizenship or sexual orientation.
Unlawful Discrimination Prohibited. The YCOE shall not discriminate except as is otherwise permissible in existing law against any unit member on the basis of race, color, creed, age, sex, national origin, political affiliation, domicile, marital status, sexual orientation, physical handicap, membership in a unit member organization, or participation in the activities of a unit member organization in relation to the application or exercise of any and all rights, activities and/or interests guaranteed by the EERA, Government Code 3540 et seq. generally, and §§ 3540.1, 3543, 3543.2, 3543.5 specifically.

  • Unlawful Discrimination 14.1 The Contractor shall not unlawfully discriminate within the meaning and scope of the provisions of the Race Relations Xxx 0000, the Sex Discrimination Acts 1975 and 1986 and Disability Discrimination Xxx 0000, or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof relating to discrimination in employment.   • ANTI-DISCRIMINATION i) It is the intention of the parties to seek to achieve the object in section 3 (f) of the Industrial Relations Xxx 0000 to prevent and eliminate discrimination in the workplace. This includes discrimination on the grounds of race, sex, material status, disability, homosexuality, transgender identity and age or responsibilities as a carer.
