Unlimited Voice Services. Unlimited voice services are provided solely for live dialogue between individuals. Unlimited voice services may not be used for call forwarding, monitoring services, data transmissions, transmission of broadcasts, transmission of recorded material, or other connections which do not consist of uninterrupted live dialogue between individuals. If D3UC finds that you are using an unlimited voice service offering for other than live dialogue between individuals, D3UC may, at its option, terminate your service or change your plan to one with no unlimited usage components. D3UC may provide commercially reasonable written or email notice that it intends to take any such action, and you may terminate the Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you shall be entitled to use D3UC conference calling services such as three way calling and D3UC-provided conference calling bridges. See section 4.2 below for additional limitations pertaining to your use of unlimited voice services.

Unlimited Voice Services. American Telephone Company, LLC reserves the right to periodically review usage levels of unlimited minute service plans to ensure that you are not using such service in violation of this AUP and if such an abuse or violation is discovered to terminate or adjust the plan as appropriate. If FluentCloud finds that you are using unlimited voice services for other than uninterrupted dialog, FluentCloud may, at its sole and absolute discretion, terminate Customer’s service or change Customer plan to one with no unlimited usage components. FluentCloud will provide notice that it intends to take the above action and Customer may terminate the agreement. Upon Customer’s decision to terminate the agreement, Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of any kind.

  • Voice Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed per-minute rates ranging from $0.000 to $0.000 for the following Voice Services: Domestic Voice Service: Domestic Outbound Voice Service, including Calling Card and Domestic Inbound Voice Service based on origination and termination type. BellSouth will offer UVL in two different service levels - Service Level One (SL1) and Service Level Two (SL2).

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Unbundled Voice Loops (UVLs) 2.2.1 BellSouth shall make available the following UVLs:

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Shareholder Internet Services The Transfer Agent shall provide internet access to the Fund’s shareholders through a designated web site (“Shareholder Internet Services”), which will be accessed by the Fund’s shareholders via a link on the Fund’s web site. The Shareholder Internet Services will be provided pursuant to established procedures and will allow shareholders to view their account information and perform certain on-line transaction request capabilities. The Shareholder Internet Services shall be provided at no additional charge, other than the transaction fees currently being charged for the different transactions as described on the Fee Schedule. The Transfer Agent reserves the right to charge a fee for this service in the future.
