Common use of Unpaid Education Leave Clause in Contracts

Unpaid Education Leave. Nurses may request unpaid leaves of absence to attend professional activities such as, but not necessarily limited to, educational workshops, seminars, continuing education courses. Such requests will be given equitable consideration and may be granted at the sole discretion of management.

Nurses may request unpaid leaves of 4 absence to attend professional activities such as, but not necessarily limited to, 5 educational workshops, seminars, continuing education courses, and 6 participation in bona fide activities of the Association. Such requests will be 7 given equitable consideration and may be granted at the sole discretion of 8 management.
