Unpaid Maternity Leave of Absence. Employees who are pregnant may request an Unpaid Maternity Leave of Absence. Requests for an Unpaid Maternity Leave of Absence shall be in writing and when granted by the School Board shall not exceed 6 calendar months in duration and shall be subject to the following conditions:
