Common use of Unpaid Personal Leave of Absence Clause in Contracts

Unpaid Personal Leave of Absence. All Supplements and Riders shall maintain the unpaid personal leave of absence provisions contained in those labor agreements in effect prior to the contract ratification date, unless otherwise set forth in the current Supplements and/or Riders.
