Overtime Record. The Corporation agrees to post a monthly overtime listing on the Union=s Bulletin Board showing the following: Employee=s Name, Classification, Date Overtime was Offered and its Disposition and the Date Overtime was worked.
Overtime Record. 1. The Chief of Police will designate who is to maintain a record of all overtime worked. This list of hours shall be used for assigning prescheduled or casual overtime when possible.
2. The list of overtime hours for each sergeant whether paid monetarily or as compensatory time should be updated when payroll is processed.
a. This list will start at zero January 1 of each year. Overtime will be assigned by seniority between January 1 and the date the first overtime list is posted.
b. A newly promoted sergeant will be assigned one hour more than the sergeant with the highest number of hours at that time.

Such accumulated time off must have been taken or it will be paid out on March 31st, June 30th, September 30th and December 31st of each year. The accumulated balance of hours under this Article shall not be reduced as a result of the reduction in the work week to thirty-six (36) hours per week. The Employer will advise each employee, upon request, of all overtime due to the employee.

A) Overtime will be paid to employees at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½ x) for the first two (2) hours in excess of seven and one-half (7 ½ ) hours (effective the beginning of the first pay period after June 23, 1994, but no later than June 30, 1994, seven point two (7.2) hours) in one (1) day. It is agreed that the first fifteen (15) minutes in excess of seven and one-half (7 ½ ) hours (effective the beginning of the first pay period after June 23, 1994, but no later than June 30, 1994, seven point two (7.2) hours) will not be claimed as overtime unless an employee works sixteen (16) minutes or longer. For regular full-time employees and regular part-time employees referenced in Article 20.02 D), time and one-half (1 ½ x) will be paid for the first two (2) hours worked on a designated day off and for regular part-time employees and casual employees, for the first two (2) hours on a day in excess of six (6) consecutive days.
B) Overtime will be paid to employees at the rate of double time (2x) for all hours in excess of nine and one-half (9 ½) hours (effective the beginning of the first pay period after June 23, 1994, but no later than June 30, 1994, nine point two (9.2) hours) in one day, and for regular full-time employees and regular part-time employees referenced in Article 20.02 D), for work in excess of two (2) hours on a designated day off, and for regular part-time employees a...
Overtime Record. 23.01 The Company shall cause a record of all overtime to be kept. In the event of a dispute concerning overtime payments, the Company shall provide the Union with a copy of the overtime record of the person or persons involved.

Overtime Record. The Company shall supply to all employees covered by this Agreement suitable overtime sheets which shall be in duplicate. After authorized overtime has been worked, the Charge shall certify the overtime by signing the overtime sheet thereby indicating that the work was ordered and performed. The duplicate copy of the overtime claim shall be returned to the employee without delay. If the overtime claim is disputed, a copy of the claim is to be returned by the Company to the employee concerned before the next pay period, together with reasons for rejecting the claim. Overtime claims must be presented to the Officer-in-Charge within forty-eight (48) hours after completion of work. Employees covered by this Agreement shall, after having completed three (3) cumulative compensated service, be entitled to bereavement leave without loss of pay in the event of a bereavement due death of their spouse (including spouse), child, parent, step-parent, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother sister or grandparent, for the purpose of arranging and/or attending the funeral of the deceased and for such other requirements as would reasonably necessitate one or more days off duty, up to a maximum of four (4) calendar days. Employees with more than one of service, who are for whom no job is available due to automation or permanent reduction in the number of vessels or number of employees will be entitled to severance pay. Severance pay will be paid in the following manner, one weeks pay for each year of uninterrupted service with the company. Employees required by the Company to attend court or other public investigation shall be paid schedule daily rates for time lost and shall be reimbursed actual reasonable expenses when away from home. In such cases any witness fees shall go to the Company. lose time from his assignment as a result thereof, shall be paid for actual time lost with a maximum of one basic day's pay at the straight time rate of his position for each day lost, less the amount paid by the court for meals, lodging or transportation, subject to the following requirements and limitations:
