Updates/Upgrades. Subject to the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, the Licenses are perpetual. Updates, bug fixes and upgrades to the SOFTWARE may be provided by Xxxxxxx at their discretion at timely intervals though Xxxxxxx does not commit to providing such updates or upgrades, and, if so provided by Xxxxxxx, are provided upon the terms and conditions offered at that time by Xxxxxxx.

Updates, bug fixes and upgrades to the SOFTWARE may be provided by Steema at their discretion at timely intervals only during the Subscription period though Steema does not commit to providing such updates or upgrades, and, if so provided by Steema, are provided upon the terms and conditions offered at that time by Steema.
Updates/Upgrades. Licensee agrees that the form and nature of the Software that Lantronix provides may change without prior notice to you and that future versions of the Software may be incompatible with applications developed on previous versions of the Software. You agree that Lantronix may stop providing the Software (or any features within the Software) to you or to users generally at Lantronix’ sole discretion, without prior notice to you. Lantronix shall have no obligation to support the Software or any applications developed by you using the Software.

Updates, bug fixes and upgrades to the SOFTWARE may be provided by Newtone at their discretion at timely intervals though Newtone does not commit to providing such updates or upgrades, and, if so provided by Newtone, are provided upon the terms and conditions offered at that time by Newtone.
Updates/Upgrades. 4.1. The Company shall provide to the Customer within the Support Charges, all Updates and Upgrades to the Software (including related documentation) commercially released by the Licensor during the term of this Agreement. “
Updates/Upgrades. In the event that the Licensor launches new updates/upgrades of the Service, the Licensee may subscribe to such upgrades/updates. In case Licensee chooses not to update/upgrade, certain features or functionality shall not be accessible to such Licensee. In the event that the features made available through the Service require substantial modifications or additional services then the Licensee shall be required to pay charges as intimated by the Licensor from time to time.
Updates/Upgrades. Updates will be offered to You at no additional fee. Upgrades are optional and not included, but are made available to You, subject to additional fees. The determination of whether a matter involves an Update or an Upgrade will be made in Our sole reasonable discretion. All Updates and Upgrades made available to You are subject to this Agreement.
Updates/Upgrades. 3.3.1 Xxxxxxx.xxx will make available to Comcast all commercially available Updates and Upgrades of its Xxxxxxx.xxx Software, along with updated Documentation describing the purpose and function of the Updates and Upgrades. Xxxxxxx.xxx will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that Updates or Upgrades containing new features or enhancements to existing features are synchronized with the previous version. Such Updates and Upgrades shall not materially degrade the performance, functioning or operation of the Xxxxxxx.xxx Software. Comcast shall have the right to delay installation of any Update or Upgrade for any period of time in its sole discretion and Xxxxxxx.xxx shall continue to support the most recent Accepted versions of the Xxxxxxx.xxx Software. However, after an Update or Upgrade has been incorporated into the Xxxxxxx.xxx Software and Accepted by Comcast, the Update or Upgrade shall be considered part of the Xxxxxxx.xxx Software for all purposes hereunder. Xxxxxxx.xxx will not install or attach any Updates, Upgrades or any other modification to the Xxxxxxx.xxx Software (electronically or otherwise), without first obtaining Comcast’s approval or otherwise following mutually agreed procedures (as in the regular updating of hosted systems).
Updates/Upgrades. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, updates and upgrades to the software may be provided by Netduma from time to time upon the terms and conditions offered at that time by us at our sole discretion. We may provide updates and upgrades for free or for any charge, at any time or never, and through our chosen manner of access and distribution, all at our discretion.
Updates/Upgrades. 5.1 XxxxxxxXxxxx.xx shall give to Customer prior written notice of any Update or other Upgrade to the XxxxxxxXxxxx.xx Platform:
5.1.1. XxxxxxxXxxxx.xx shall apply Updates to the XxxxxxxXxxxx.xx Products as deemed appropriate and necessary by XxxxxxxXxxxx.xx. Such Updates may be applied to the XxxxxxxXxxxx.xx Products at will or in accordance with any timetable notified by XxxxxxxXxxxx.xx to the Customer or agreed upon by the parties from time to time.
5.1.2. XxxxxxxXxxxx.xx shall give Customer prior written notice of the application of an Upgrade to the XxxxxxxXxxxx.xx Products where such Upgrade affects the core functionality of the XxxxxxxXxxxx.xx Products.
