Use and Accumulation of Vacation Leave. At least one half of the vacation earned during the previous fiscal year of employment must be taken during the subsequent fiscal year. Salary will be paid for accumulated, unused vacation only at termination of employment. Upon termination an employee in good standing shall be paid for accumulated, unused vacation up to the maximum days allowed at the latest rate of pay. Accumulations of vacation in excess of 200 hours will be forfeited at the end of each fiscal year.

  • Accumulation of Vacation Leave An employee who has earned at least ten (10) days' pay for each calendar month of a vacation year shall earn vacation leave of:
