USE AND OCCUPANCY OF LEASED PREMISES. The Leased Premises may be used for residential purposes only without the prior written consent of Landlord. Tenant shall occupy and use the premises in conformance with all Federal, State and Local laws, Regulations and Ordinances now in force or that may be enacted in the future. Tenant shall not store any flammable, hazardous, or toxic substances or engage in any activity in or about the Leased Premises which substances or activities expose Tenant, Landlord, or others to a risk of injury, loss or damage. The only persons permitted to reside in the apartment are the named tenants and their minor children. The Leased Premises can only be occupied by the Tenants and those persons shown as Occupants on the Rental Application. The maximum permissible occupancy is: 2 persons for a One Bedroom Apartment, 3 persons for a Two Bedroom Apartment and 4 persons for a Two Bedroom Townhome.
USE AND OCCUPANCY OF LEASED PREMISES a) Tenant shall use the Leased Premises for parking of property as included in Exhibit “B” only. b) Tenant shall use the Lease Premises in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws, regulations and ordinances now in force or that may be enacted in the future. c) Tenant shall not engage in any activity that exposes Tenant, Landlord, or others to a risk of injury, loss or damage.
USE AND OCCUPANCY OF LEASED PREMISES a. The Leased Premises shall be the Tenant's only residence and except as otherwise permitted herein shall be used solely as a residence for the Tenant and the members of the Tenant's household (i.e., those members that were authorized members of the public housing household at the time of conversion or named in the signed application for Section 8 post conversion) who remain in continuous occupancy since the inception of the tenancy, since birth or adoption, or since authorization by the Owner and/or Managing Agent and NYCHA. The members of the Tenant’s household as authorized by the Owner and/or Managing Agent and NYCHA are listed below. The Tenant shall obtain the prior written consent of the Managing Agent, or such Managing Agent's designee and NYCHA, before allowing any person to reside in the Leased Premises. The Tenant and the members of the Tenant’s household listed below shall have the right to exclusive use and occupancy of the Leased Premises: Name: Relation to Tenant:
b. The Tenant shall use the Leased Premises as a residential dwelling for the Tenant and the Tenant’s household as identified in Paragraph 3a above, or subsequently authorized by the Owner and/or Managing Agent and NYCHA, and shall not use the Leased Premises or permit its use for any other purpose, except that the Tenant and authorized members of the Tenant’s household may engage in legal profitmaking activities incidental to the primary use of the Leased Premises as a residence for Tenant and authorized members of the Tenant’s household.
USE AND OCCUPANCY OF LEASED PREMISES. Tenant shall use and occupy the Leased Premises for the Permitted Use set forth on the Data Sheet, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Tenant shall not occupy or use, or permit any portion of the Leased Premises to be occupied or used, for any business or purpose that is unlawful, disreputable or extra-hazardous on account of fire or otherwise, or permit anything to be done that could in any way increase the rate or result in the denial or reduction of fire, liability or any other insurance coverage on the Building or the Complex and/or its contents. If, by reason of Tenant's acts or conduct of business, there shall be an increase in the rate of insurance on the Building or the Complex or their contents, then without waiving the provisions of this Section, Tenant shall pay such increase to Landlord immediately upon demand as additional Rent. Tenant shall not make or permit any noise or odor that is objectionable to the public, to other occupants of the Building, or to Landlord, to emanate from the Leased Premises and shall not create or maintain a nuisance thereon and shall not disturb, solicit, or harass any occupant. Tenant shall not use Landlord's name or the name of the Building or Complex in any advertising or other publication except as a means of identifying Tenant's address.
USE AND OCCUPANCY OF LEASED PREMISES. 5.1 Tenant shall use the Leased Premises for office and lab purposes and for no other use.
5.2 Tenant agrees not to use or occupy or suffer or permit the Leased Premises or any part thereof to be used or occupied (a) for any purpose contrary to law or the rules or regulations of any public authority, or (b) for any purpose which in the judgment of Landlord is hazardous or detrimental to persons or property, or (c) in any manner which might interfere with or annoy other tenants or interfere with their businesses or those having business with them.
5.3 Tenant, its employees, agents or designees shall have access to the Leased Premises twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, subject, however to closures due to repairs or emergencies or as required by any governmental authority.
USE AND OCCUPANCY OF LEASED PREMISES. Tenant shall not use or occupy, or permit or suffer to be used or occupied, the Leased Premises or any part thereof, other than for the Permitted Use. The term "Permitted Use" shall mean: general office use for administrative, clerical, and professional office purposes (the "Primary Use") and for all activities ancillary thereto, such as (i) kitchens, pantries and dining rooms for the feeding of employees and guests of Tenant, (ii) vending machines and snack bars for the sale of food, (iii) business machines, equipment for printing, reproducing forms, circulars and other materials used in connection with the conduct of Tenant's business, (iv) libraries for employees of Tenant, (v) computer and other electronic data processing equipment, (vi) board rooms and conference rooms, (vii) training rooms for employees and customers of Tenant, (viii) ancillary services such as day care and pickup/dropoff for off-site laundry primarily for the benefit of Tenant's employees (although such services may also be open to the general public) (the uses specified under clauses (i)-(viii) are referred to collectively as the "Ancillary Uses"), provided that Ancillary Uses shall not be the primary use of the Leased Premises; in addition, Tenant shall have the right to use the Leased Premises for such other uses as are permitted by Requirements that are expressly approved by Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld if such uses are consistent with first class suburban general office building uses ("Specially Approved Uses"). Tenant shall be responsible for obtaining any approvals or permits required for the Ancillary Uses or Specially Approved Uses under Zoning and Building Laws and the Declaration.
