If you are a student, please do not send any personal information about yourself to us, other than what we request from you when you sign up for the Services. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a student without parental consent being obtained by his or her school, school authority, and/or teacher, or if we learn a student has provided us personal information beyond what we request when he or she signs up for the Website, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. USE BY CHILDREN. Certain aspects of the App are available to children under the age of 18. When we intend to process Personal Information from or about children, under the age of 13 in the US and 18 in the EU and the rest of the world, we will obtain consent from the parents/legal guardian to this Privacy Policy and to any data processing whose legal basis is consent in accordance with section 2 of the Privacy Policy.
