Use of Board’s Facilities. The Park District shall be entitled to utilize the Board’s facilities identified on Exhibit A, during dates and times mutually agreeable to the Parties, except when and to the extent such facilities are being utilized for School Related Purposes (defined below) or are being renovated or are under construction. The Parties shall meet twice per year, once during the month of July and a second time not later than October 31, to establish a yearly schedule for the Park District’s use of the facilities on Exhibit A. Park District acknowledges that the Board will have priority use of its facilities for School Related Purposes at all times. Once a schedule has been agreed upon, it may only be modified by mutual consent of the Parties, except in the case of a force majeure event (including the need to effectuate unanticipated repairs or renovations). In the event of a conflict between a previously scheduled Park District activity and subsequently identified needed use for School Related Purposes, the parties agree to work cooperatively to reschedule or modify such activities so as to minimize or eliminate such conflict. In the event the facilities on Exhibit A become available for additional use by third parties other than for School Related Purposes, the Park District shall have priority access above any other third-party to such facilities, at such times and dates as may be agreeable to the Board. Notwithstanding the above, the Park District’s use of the Board’s facilities outside of regular school operating hours on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and regular school operating hours during summer break shall not exceed 500 scheduled hours in any given fiscal year (July 1 – June 30) of the Board. Any use by the Park District in excess of the 500 hour weekend/summer limitation shall be subject to additional building fee charges equal to the Board’s Incremental personnel cost, as determined by the collective bargaining agreement or other contractual wage/salary rate then in effect, to provide set-up, take-down, custodial, or other supervisory services occasioned by Park District’s use. For the remainder of the 2018-2019 school year the Board’s incremental personnel cost shall not exceed $40.23 per hour. Beginning July 1, 2019 and continuing through June 30, 2020, the Board’s Incremental personnel cost shall not exceed $41.03 per hour. Weekend and summer hours shall be tracked by the Board and by the Park District to assist the Park District in its program planning. ...

For all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue on or after November 1, 2016, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the high-side of the facility substation transformers. This power factor range standard shall be dynamic and can be met using, for example, power electronics designed to supply this level of reactive capability (taking into account any limitations due to voltage level, real power output, etc.) or fixed and switched capacitors, or a combination of the two. For all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue on or after May 1, 2015, and before November 1, 2016, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the generator’s terminals. For new generation resources of more than 20 MW, other than wind- powered and other non-synchronous Generating Facilities, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the generator’s terminals. For new generation resources of 20 MW or less, and all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue prior to May 1, 2015, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the Point of Interconnection. Any different reactive power design criteria that Transmission Provider determines to be appropriate for a wind-powered or other non-synchronous generation facility shall be stated in the Interconnection Service Agreement. A Transmission Interconnection Customer interconnecting Merchant D.C. Transmission Facilities and/ or Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities shall design its Customer Facility to maintain a power factor at the Point of Interconnection of at least 0.95 leading and 0.95 lagging, when the Customer Facility is operating at any level within its approved operating range.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • USE OF EMPLOYER FACILITIES 27.01 Reasonable space on bulletin boards including electronic bulletin boards where available, in convenient locations will be made available to the Institute for the posting of official Institute notices. The Institute shall endeavour to avoid requests for posting of notices that the Employer, acting reasonably, could consider adverse to its interests or to the interests of any of its representatives. Posting of notices or other materials shall require the prior approval of the Employer, except notices of meetings of their members and elections, the names of Institute representatives, and social and recreational events. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. 27.02 The Employer will also continue its present practice of making available to the Institute specific locations on its premises for the placement of reasonable quantities of literature of the Institute. 27.03 A duly accredited representative of the Institute may be permitted access to the Employer’s premises to assist in the resolution of a complaint or grievance and to attend meetings called by management. Permission to enter the premises shall, in each case, be obtained from the Employer. 27.04 The Institute shall provide the Employer, a list of such Institute representatives and shall advise promptly of any change made to the list.
