Use of Documentation. 7.01 During the Term, DSTTI hereby grants to Pioneer, the non-exclusive right to reproduce, transmit, distribute, display, adapt, and incorporate the Documentation solely into Pioneer's internal training materials (the "Training Materials") and solely in connection with Pioneer's internal use of the System. Such Training Materials may not be disseminated outside of Pioneer. Pioneer agrees that any Training Materials that incorporate the Documentation shall contain or refer to the copyright or proprietary notices as provided on the AWD Customer Center. Any use of the Documentation by the Pioneer in a manner not expressly authorized by DSTTI or in breach of any terms of this Schedule constitutes copyright infringement, entitling DSTTI to exercise all rights and remedies available to it under copyright laws around the world.
Use of Documentation. The Supplier grants the relevant Purchaser an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive licence in respect of all documentation provided by the Supplier in respect of the Product, and agrees the relevant Purchaser may use that documentation (or any part thereof) in its own documentation for any products that incorporate the Product.
Use of Documentation. Subject to the other terms of this Agreement, Converge and the Converge Subsidiaries may access and use the Documentation, including by private-labeling said Documentation and by excerpting and/or modifying portions thereof in a manner that is not confusing or misleading, solely in connection with their use (including ancillary uses, such as training, marketing and promotion, etc.) of the Products as permitted under this Agreement.
Use of Documentation. Danger grants to Motorola and its Third Party Contractors a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid-up license to use, display, distribute, reproduce, have reproduced, edit, translate, create Derivative Works, and modify Documentation solely for the purpose of developing, manufacturing, distributing, marketing or repairing Products.
Use of Documentation. Customer may use and copy the Documentation as reasonably necessary to exercise its rights under this MRA, including a reasonable number of copies for training, testing, backup, and archival purposes. Customer will duplicate all applicable trademark, copyright, or other proprietary notices on each copy of the Documentation.
Use of Documentation. The documents shall not be copied or used for any other purpose than the supply of the Goods, and/or Services without the prior written approval of the Purchaser.
Use of Documentation. As part of the deliverables described in Section 3.8 Genomica shall provide documentation that describes how to use the API and Loaders of the Runtime Object Model. AB may use such documentation for the preparation of End-Customer documentation for the Runtime Object Model bundled with the AB Products. For such purpose, Genomica hereby grants to AB a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to reproduce, modify, create derivative works of and distribute the documentation. Appropriate credits shall be given to Genomica in such documentation. With respect to Object Model documentation in general, Genomica agrees to develop and promptly forward (no later than 30 days following execution of this Agreement) to AB developer documentation that includes (a) a "white paper" that explains the Conceptual Model and that describes the rationale for all design elements of the Object Model that would not be reasonably apparent to a person reasonably learned in data modeling and the specific domain; (b) a detailed description of how the Conceptual Model is mapped to the Data Model, including a description of the mapping of each object and describing object interrelationships and foreign key relationships.
Use of Documentation. T-Square Design, Inc. grants to IGS a non-exclusive, world-wide, fully paid-up, non-transferable, non-assignable license under T-Square Design. Inc. Intellectual Property Rights to use, copy, modify and distribute information other than Confidential Information as defined in Section 8 of this Agreement for IGS's internal use and for creating and publishing technical documentation to assist IGS's customers to use the Audio/Graphics Chips. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, IGS will not disclose T-Square's Confidential Information without the prior written consent of T-Square Design, Inc.
Use of Documentation. BiondVax may not use the documentation it receives under this Section 2.5 for any purposes other than as permitted by this Agreement, and such documentation shall be treated as Confidential Information of the Licensors, except to the extent such documentation contains and/or refers to Licensed Technology which is jointly owned by BiondVax on the one side and MPG and/or UMG on the other side. The MPI-MS (and UMG, as applicable) provides such documentation “as is”. The MPI-MS (and UMG, as applicable) shall use reasonable efforts to provide the documentation to BiondVax in a suitable form; provided, however, that the MPI-MS (and UMG, as applicable) shall have no obligation to reformat or otherwise alter or modify any such documentation, or to create documentation in electronic form, in order to provide it to BiondVax. Any and all such documentation delivered to BiondVax under this Section 2.5 is and shall remain the sole property of MPG (and/or UMG, as applicable), except to the extent that BiondVax has contributed to such documentation and provided that such documentation shall be subject to BiondVax’s rights as set forth in this Agreement.
Use of Documentation. Customer may incorporate the Documentation in works prepared for Customer's business endeavors so long as Customer includes all copyright, trademark and other notices of HSD in the same form as they appear on or in the Documentation. 3.10
