Use of Your Information- Data Protection a) The Bank will search the Cardholder’s record at one or more registered Credit Reference Bureaus to assist in deciding whether to enter into this and any future agreement with the Cardholder including consideration of any changes to the Cardholders Credit Limit. A record of the Bank’s search will be made, and this may be available to other organisations that make similar searches. This may impact the Cardholder’s ability to obtain credit elsewhere for a short period of time. Information held about the Cardholder by the Credit Reference Bureaus may already be linked to records relating to any person with whom the Cardholder has previously had a financial connection with (“connected person”). For the purposes of this Agreement the Cardholder may be treated as financially linked to such connected person and the Cardholder’s application assessed with reference to any associated records. b) The Bank may use information gained from the Cardholder’s performance of any other agreement the Cardholder has with the Bank or any of the Bank’s group companies. The Bank may also use a credit scoring system or other automated decision-making system. Any information the Bank holds about the Cardholder or an applicant for a Card or an associated person may be used for statistical analysis (whether an application is refused or declined). c) The Cardholder agrees and confirms that the Bank may disclose any information in the possession of the Bank relating to the Cardholder and the Cardholder's Card Account to any and all agents used by the Bank in the course of the operation of the Card Including but not limited to agents appointed by the Bank to manage the Card. d) The Bank shall add to Cardholder’s record with Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) by giving information relating to this Agreement and information about the Cardholder’s repayment record. We will also notify them of any default and any change of address you fail to inform us about where any payment is overdue. e) A Cardholder’s personal data will additionally be processed, transferred and disclosed by the Bank and/ or any of the Bank’s group companies in connection with the following Purposes: i. the provision of Services and to approve, manage, administer or effect any transactions that you request or authorize; ii. meeting Compliance Obligations; iii. detection, investigation and prevention of financial crime; iv. collecting any amounts due and outstanding from the Cardholder; v. enforcing or defending the Bank’s ...

Use of Your Information- Data Protection. 21.1 Considering your application 21.2 Use and disclosure of your information (i) to check details on applications for credit and credit related services or other facilities; (ii) to verify your identity; (iii) to trace debtors or, recover debt; (iv) to manage credit and credit related accounts or facilities and administer your Account; (v) to check details on proposals and claims for all types of insurance; (vi) to check details of job applicants and employees; (vii) to carry out statistical analysis and market research; and (viii) to develop and improve the products and services we provide and make available. This information will also be shared with Post Office Ltd so that they may carry out statistical research and analysis, compliance and regulatory reporting and administration of the Card. If you want to receive details of those fraud prevention agencies from whom we obtain and with whom we record information about you, please write to us at Post Office Money Credit Cards, Fraud Prevention Unit, PO Box 52746, London EC4P 4WP. We and other organisations may access and use from other countries the information recorded by fraud prevention agencies. Ageas Insurance Limited is the data controller in respect of personal data held by them which are relevant to the insurance provided. We may make and keep copies of your passport, driving licence or other proof of your identity that you provide.
Use of Your Information- Data Protection. 21.1 Considering your application The Card is issued by Bank of Ireland (UK) plc (“Bank”, “we” or “us”) who is the data controller. To help us decide whether to enter into this and any future agreement with you including consideration of any changes to your Credit Limit, we will search your record at one or more of our Credit Reference Agencies. They will provide us with information, including information from the electoral register. A record of our search will be made and this will be available to other organisations that make similar searches. This may impact on your ability to obtain credit elsewhere for a short period of time. Information held about you by the Credit Reference Agencies may already be linked to records relating to any person with whom you have previously stated there is a financial association (“associated person”). For the purposes of this Agreement/application you may be treated as financially linked to such associated person(s) and your application assessed with reference to any “associated” records. If you are a joint applicant or if you have told us about an associated person as part of this application, you must be sure that you are entitled to: (i) disclose information about your joint applicant and such associated person, and (ii) authorise us to search, link or record information about you and such associated person at any or all Credit Reference Agencies. Any information about an associated person which you disclose to us will be recorded by the Credit Reference Agencies. This will link your financial records including other names and addresses used by you and such associated person. In future applications by either or both of you, each of these financial records will be taken into account and this process will continue until one of you successfully files a disassociation at the Credit Reference Agencies. We may also use information we gain from your performance of any other agreement you have with us or any Bank of Ireland Group company. We may also use a credit scoring system or other automated decision making system.   • Use of Your Information The Beta Technology may include functionality that permits UPS to measure Your usage of its features and informs UPS of this usage electronically. UPS has the right to collect from Your computer, Your system configuration data and a log of Your activities while using the Beta Technology (the “Beta Technology Report”). UPS may use the Beta Technology Report to help conduct trouble-shooting analysis and improve the functionality of the Beta Technology. You consent and agree that UPS shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, exhibit, display, transform, create derivative works from, and distribute to others without limitation or obligation of any type to You all comments, information, data, and suggestions, including the Beta Technology Report and feedback data (but not including financial data, financial plans or product plans not commonly known or publicly available), that You provide to UPS related to the Beta Technology. Further, UPS shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in such information without limitation or obligation of any type to You.

Those safeguards will include, but will not be limited to, measures for preventing access, use, modification or disclosure of Your Data by Our personnel except (a) to provide the Purchased Services and prevent or address service or technical problems, (b) as compelled by law in accordance with Section 8.3 (Compelled Disclosure) below, or (c) as You expressly permit in writing.

  • User Information Any user or usage data or information collected via Station’s digital properties or related to Station’s digital properties, or any information collected from websites operated by Station’s affiliates under this Agreement, shall be the property of Station and/or such affiliates. Advertiser shall have no rights in such information by virtue of this Agreement.

  • Confidential Information Protections 4.1 At all times during and after the Employee’s employment, the Employee will hold in confidence and will not disclose, use, lecture upon, or publish any of Company’s Confidential Information (defined below), except as may be required in connection with the Employee’s work for Company, or as expressly authorized by the Board. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Data Processing Agreement and the terms of the Service Specifications (including any applicable Oracle privacy policies), the terms of the Data Processing Agreement shall take precedence.

IDT Financial Services Limited is the data controllers of Your personal data, and will manage and protect Your personal data in accordance with applicable law.IDT Financial Services Limited receives card services from First Data Slovakia s.r.o., which acts as a data processor for IDT Financial Services Limited. 17.2 We may transfer Your personal data outside the EEA to Our commercial partners where necessary to provide Our services to You, such as customer service, account administration, financial reconciliation, or where the transfer is necessary as a result of Your request, such as the processing of any international transaction. When We transfer personal data outside the EEA, We will take steps to ensure that Your personal data is afforded substantially similar protection as personal data processed within the EEA. Please be aware that not all countries have laws to protect personal data in a manner equivalent to that of the EEA. Your use of Our products and services will indicate to Us that You agree to the transfer of Your personal data outside the EEA. If You withdraw Your consent to the processing of Your personal data or its transfer outside the EEA, which You can do by using the contact details in clause 15, We will not be able to provide Our services to You. Therefore, such withdrawal of consent will be deemed to be a termination of the Agreement. 17.3 Unless You have provided Your explicit permission, Your personal data will not be used for marketing purposes by Us or Our commercial partners (unless You have independently provided Your consent to them directly), nor will it be shared with third parties unconnected with the Card scheme. 17.4 You have the right to request details of the personal information that is held about You, and You may receive this by writing to our Customer Service Center. 17.5 Please refer to the Privacy Policy of IDT Financial Services Limited xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/privacypolicy.pdf for full details, which You accept by accepting the Agreement.
