User Limitations. The following limitations apply to Customer’s use of, or access to, the Subscription Service in addition to the Usage Metric(s) and limitations set forth in the relevant Order Form: (a) each User may access the Subscription Service only using his or her issued user ID and password; (b) the access rights granted herein are personal and specific to Users, and no person or entity oth er than an User will access or use the Subscription Services without the prior written consent of Axway; (c) Customer may change Users by replacing Users who are no longer employed by Customer or who are no longer using the Subscription Services.
User Limitations. Limitations on the number of Users and other limitations on the use of the SaaS Service will be specified in the applicable Order Form and the Customer shall (and shall ensure that each User) abides by the provisions of those User limitations as well as the terms of this Agreement.

You agree to use this Website for lawful purposes only and agree not to violate or attempt to violate any security features of our Website including, but not limited to: ● Accessing content or data not intended for you, or logging onto a server or account that you are not authorized to access; ● Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our Website or any associated system or network, or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authentication; ● Interfering or attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, by means of submitting a virus to our Website, overloading, “flooding,” “spamming,” “mail bombing,” or “crashing;” ● Using our Website to send unsolicited email, including, without limitation, promotions or advertisements for products or services; ● Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or in any posting to our Website; or ● Attempting to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reduce or attempt to reduce to a human-perceivable form any of the source code used by X. Xxxxxxx, LLC of So Good Designs in providing our Website. You understand that any violation of system or network security may subject you to civil and/or criminal liability. X. Xxxxxxx, LLC of So Good Designs intends to cooperate fully with any law enforcement officials or agencies in the investigation of any violation of these Terms and Conditions or of any applicable laws.

User Limitations. Unless otherwise indicated in an Order, Customer may appoint up to ten (10) Authorized Users of WorldView. Dragos may implement restrictions on the number of requests within a given period of time.
