Vacancies and Voluntary Transfers Sec 9.1 Annually, prior to March 1, the District shall notify all employees of their right to request a transfer for the following school year. Employees who would like to request a transfer shall submit their interest to the personnel office by March 15; requests will be kept on file until March 15 of the following year.
