Vacation and Illness. Employee shall be entitled to no less than twenty-five (25) business days of paid vacation per Contract Year. Any unused vacation days shall accrue from year to year. Employee shall receive a cash payment equal to the value of any accrued vacation days, computed based upon Employee's current Base Salary and an eight (8) hour working day, in the event (i) Employee provides the Company with written notice of his election to receive such sums and not to use such vacation days, which election may be made at any time, and from time to time, during the Term, or (ii) this Agreement is terminated for any reason. Employee shall further be entitled to leaves of absence and sick leave with pay in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures established from time to time, or, if there is no policy or procedure in place at any applicable time, then on the same basis as other senior management of the Company.
Vacation and Illness. Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation and sick leave benefits each year in accordance with UnitedHealth Group's then-current policies and on a basis consistent with that customarily provided for senior officers at the highest level of UnitedHealth Group.
Vacation and Illness. The pastor will be given the number of weeks of vacation annually as detailed in the Pastors’ Salary Guidelines. (Pick one of the following) As these will remain the property of the congregation, this amount will not be taxable to the pastor. At the end of the contract should the pastor wish to take these materials with them they will be sold for a fair market value. Or As these will be the property of the pastor, this amount will be taxable.
Vacation and Illness. Days parent does not bring child to care due to vacation or illness are still paid days. One Week Closure Luminous Learners closes for one full paid week the first week of August each summer. Tuition will be charged for this week automatically. Upon enrollment and any changes to tuition, families are provided a Fee Policy & Financial Agreement that must be resigned annually. A 4 week written notice is required when withdrawing a child from the program. The 4 week time is paid for by the enrolled family. Luminous Learners LLC will update the Parent Handbook and Tuition & Financial Agreement as needed throughout the year with four weeks notice. Vacation and Illness. The Company's vacation year runs from January 1st to December 31st and the Employee may (and if directed by the Board shall) take a vacation or vacations totaling twenty five (25) working days in each vacation year (in addition to public holidays) to be taken at such times convenient to the Company as may be agreed between Employee and the Company and in accordance with any policies as to vacations from time to time established by the Company.

  • Vacation and Sick Leave At such reasonable times as the Board of Directors shall in its discretion permit, the Employee shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the performance of his employment under this Agreement, with all such voluntary absences to count as vacation time; provided that:

  • Reimbursements and In-Kind Benefits Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all reimbursements and in-kind benefits provided under this Agreement that are subject to Section 409A of the Code shall be made in accordance with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code, including, where applicable, the requirement that (A) any reimbursement is for expenses incurred during Executive’s lifetime (or during a shorter period of time specified in this Agreement); (B) the amount of expenses eligible for reimbursement, or in-kind benefits provided, during a calendar year may not affect the expenses eligible for reimbursement, or in-kind benefits to be provided, in any other calendar year; (C) the reimbursement of an eligible expense will be made no later than the last day of the calendar year following the year in which the expense is incurred; and (D) the right to reimbursement or in-kind benefits is not subject to liquidation or exchange for another benefit.

  • Vacation and Holidays Executive will receive four weeks of paid vacation each year in addition to all holidays observed by the Company and its subsidiaries. Executive may carry over, in the aggregate, up to four weeks of unused vacation to a subsequent year. Any unused vacation time in excess of four weeks will not accumulate or carry over from one calendar year to the next. Each calendar year, Executive shall take not less than one (1) week vacation.

  • Benefits; Vacation Employee shall be eligible to receive all benefits as are available to similarly situated employees of Employer generally, and any other benefits that Employer may, in its sole discretion, elect to grant to Employee from time to time. In addition, Employee shall be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation per year, which shall be pro-rated for the first partial year of employment and shall accrue in accordance with Employer’s policies applicable to similarly situated employees of Employer.

  • Vacation During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.
