Vacation and Other Absences. The Executive shall receive reasonable and customary vacation in each calendar year during the term of this Agreement, in accordance with the Company's present policies. The Executive shall also receive all paid absences for holidays or illnesses in accordance with the Company's applicable plans, policies or provisions.
Vacation and Other Absences. During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to paid vacation and such other paid absences whether for holidays, illness, personal time or any similar purposes, in accordance with the plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies.

The Executive shall be entitled to six (6) weeks paid vacation during each year of this Agreement, in addition to such other paid absences, whether for illness, holidays, personal time or any similar purposes in accordance with the plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company established for senior executives of the Company from time to time. In addition to the benefits provided pursuant to the preceding paragraphs of this Section 4, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in such other executive compensation and retirement plans of the Company as are applicable generally to other officers, and in such indemnification or liability insurance arrangements, welfare benefit plans, programs, practices and policies of the Company as are generally applicable to other key employees.
Vacation and Other Absences. The Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation and other paid absences, whether for holidays, illness, personal time or any similar purposes during the Employment Period, in accordance with policies applicable generally to senior executives of the Company. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, the Executive shall be entitled to a minimum of four weeks of paid vacation per year during the Employment Period.

The Executive shall be entitled to the number of paid vacation days in each calendar year determined by the Company from time to time for its senior executive officers generally. The Executive shall also be entitled to all paid absences for holidays or illnesses in accordance with the Company's plans, policies or provisions applicable to senior executive employees.

So long as the Executive is employed by the Corporation, he shall be entitled to paid vacation and such other paid absences whether for holidays, illness, personal time or any similar purposes, in accordance with the plans, policies, programs and practices of the Corporation and its Affiliated Companies in effect from time to time, commensurate with his position and at least comparable to those received by other senior executives of the Corporation.

During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to paid vacation and such other paid absences whether for holidays, illness, personal time or any similar purposes, in accordance with the plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies in effect from time to time, commensurate with his position and on a basis at least comparable to those received by other employees of comparable rank with the Company and its affiliated companies.
(i) During the Change of Control Period, the Employee's benefits listed under Sections 3(c), 3(d), 3(e), 3(f), 3(g) and 3(h) above shall be at least commensurate in all material respects with the most valuable and favorable of those received by the Employee at any time during the 90-day period immediately preceding the Change of Control Date.
Vacation and Other Absences. The Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation and other paid absences, whether for holidays, illness, personal time or any similar purposes, during the Employment Period in accordance with policies applicable generally to senior executives of the Company; provided, however, that the Executive shall always be entitled to at least six weeks of paid vacation in each calendar year and pro rata for part of a year. Up to four weeks per year of unused vacation may be maintained by the Executive on a cumulative basis and may be subsequently used in any year or if not so used, the Executive shall be compensated for any unused vacation days upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
Vacation and Other Absences. Executive shall be entitled to paid vacations each year in accordance with the Company’s then-current vacation policy for senior executives. Executive shall be subject to the policies and procedures relating to other absences from regular duties for holidays, sick or disability leave, leave of absence without pay, or leave for other reasons, as those customarily provided to the Company’s senior executives.

During the Employment Period and so long as the Executive is employed by the Corporation, she shall be entitled to paid vacation and such other paid absences whether for holidays, illness, personal time or any similar purposes, in accordance with the plans, policies, programs and practices of the Corporation in effect from time to time.
