Vacation and Paid Holidays. (a) You will be entitled to paid vacation days in accordance with the normal vacation policies of Employer in effect from time to time, provided that in no event shall you be entitled to less than twenty (20) days of paid vacation per year. (b) You shall be entitled to all paid holidays given by Employer to its full-time employees.

Vacation and Paid Holidays. If a paid holiday falls during an employee’s vacation, or on an employee’s regular day-off, the employee will receive an additional day-off with pay, to be taken at a mutually agreeable time arranged between the employee and her supervisor.

Vacation and Paid Holidays. (a) You will generally be entitled to paid vacation days in accordance with the normal vacation policies of the Employer in effect from time to time; provided, however, that you will be entitled to take and accrue no less than twenty (20) paid vacation days per year, unless your vacation accrual balance exceeds the Employer’s then-current maximum accrual cap, in which case you shall cease accruing vacation leave until your accrual balance has fallen below the cap again. (b) You shall be entitled to all paid holidays allowed by the Employer to its full-time employees in the United States.

Vacation and Paid Holidays. (a) Executive shall be entitled to 25 days Paid Time off (“PTO”) per 12-month period, commencing with the Effective Date, subject to reasonable pre-approval by the Employer. On each anniversary of the Effective Date, one half of any unused PTO balance shall carry forward to the subsequent 12-month period. Except as provided in the foregoing two sentences, vacation pay shall be governed by the normal vacation policies of the Employer in effect from time to time. (b) Executive shall be entitled to all paid holidays allowed by the Employer to its full-time employees within the United States.
Vacation and Paid Holidays. Employee shall receive up to six (6) weeks of paid vacation, as well as the paid holidays set forth in the Company's regular policies, provided, however, that Employee shall schedule such vacation time consistent with the business needs of the Company.
