Vacation Credits on Termination. Except as otherwise provided, earned but unused vacation credits shall be paid to an employee leaving the Employer on her final pay cheque.

Vacation Pay on Termination An employee whose employment is terminated shall receive vacation pay at the appropriate percentage of the wages or salary earned during the period of entitlement in accordance with the employee's years of service.
Vacation Credits All employees shall participate in the County’s Terminal Pay Plan (Plan). However, only the terminal paychecks (including unused vacation) of those employees who have reached the age of fifty-five (55) shall be placed into the Plan. Payments on Termination Payments to the Advisor pursuant to this Section 13.03 shall be subject to the 2%/25% Guidelines to the extent applicable.
