Common use of Vacation Non-Accumulative Clause in Contracts

Vacation Non-Accumulative. (1) An employee may carry over up to five (5) days’ vacation leave per vacation year. All vacation time not requested for scheduling or carryover by three (3) months prior to the end of the vacation year will be scheduled by the Employer following consultation with the employee.
