Vacation, Sick, and Holiday Pay. The Executive shall be entitled to vacation, sick leave, and holidays in accordance with, and subject to the accrual caps and other limitations as set forth in, the policies and practices of the Company that may exist from time to time.

Vacation, Sick, and Holiday Pay. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to earn or receive vacation, sick, and holiday pay pursuant to the terms of the Company’s generally applicable employee policies, as may exist from time to time.
Vacation, Sick, and Holiday Pay. Executive shall be entitled to vacation, sick, and holiday pay pursuant to the terms of the Company’s applicable employee policies, as may exist from time to time. This includes that Executive may participate in the Sunrun Freedom Policy, which currently provides full-time exempt employees an opportunity to take paid days out of the office, limited by such employee’s managerial approval (in this case, the CEO), and subject to such individual’s judgment that they will timely complete all job assignments and achieve all performance goals. Details on the Company’s Freedom Policy can be found in the Employee Guidebook. The Company may modify benefits, including but not limited to the Sunrun Freedom Policy, from time to time as it deems necessary.
Vacation, Sick, and Holiday Pay. The Executive shall be entitled to vacation, sick, and holiday pay pursuant to the terms of the Company’s generally applicable employee policies, as may exist from time to time. The Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation days per year equivalent to that provided to other executive-level employees of the Company, which is currently 20 days per calendar year on a prorata accrual basis per pay period, subject to any applicable carryover rules and limitations.

  • Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks (28 business days) of vacation, and also sick leave and holidays at full pay in accordance with the Company’s policies established and in effect from time to time.

  • OVERTIME AND HOLIDAY PAY 5.3.1 All hours worked by an employee in excess of eight (8) hours per shift and in excess of forty (40) straight time hours per week shall be paid for at the rate of one and one-half times the straight time rate.   • Vacation and Holidays Executive will receive four weeks of paid vacation each year in addition to all holidays observed by the Company and its subsidiaries. Executive may carry over, in the aggregate, up to four weeks of unused vacation to a subsequent year. Any unused vacation time in excess of four weeks will not accumulate or carry over from one calendar year to the next. Each calendar year, Executive shall take not less than one (1) week vacation.

  • Vacations and Holidays The Executive will be entitled to four weeks paid vacation each Fiscal Year in accordance with the vacation policies of the Employer in effect for its executive officers from time to time. Vacation must be taken by the Executive at such time or times as approved by the Chairman of the Board or Chief Executive Officer. The Executive will also be entitled to the paid holidays set forth in the Employer's policies. Vacation days and holidays during any Fiscal Year that are not used by the Executive during such Fiscal Year may not be used in any subsequent Fiscal Year.

  • Weekend Holidays 9.3.1. A full-time employee who works a Monday through Friday schedule and the calendar holiday falls on a Saturday, the employee shall be allowed the preceding day off. When a holiday falls on a Sunday, the employee shall be allowed the following day off. If the employee works the day preceding or following such a holiday, he/she shall be given another workday off with pay or shall receive payment for that day at the regular rate. 9.3.2. A full-time employee who works other than a Monday through Friday schedule and who is not scheduled to work on a calendar holiday shall be given at the discretion of the Employer (1) another scheduled workday off with pay, or (2) an additional day's pay at his/her regular rate if funds are available.

  • Vacation; Sick Leave During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to not less than four (4) weeks of vacation during each calendar year and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies and practices with respect to its executives.

  • Unused Sick Leave The accrual of unused sick leave hours is unlimited. The City and the Union commit to the evaluation and establishment of a mutually beneficial non-use of sick leave incentive and pay-out policy. Until such time that a policy is established, accumulated sick leave shall be compensated as follows: Upon retirement from the City service, an employee shall be paid sixty percent (60%) of his accumulated sick leave, with the rate of payment based upon his regular pay at the time he retires. Upon the death of an employee, his beneficiary shall be paid sixty percent (60%) of his accumulated unused sick leave, with the payment based upon his regular pay at the date of his death.

  • Holiday Pay A. On each of the holidays designated above, each full-time employee scheduled to work but permitted to take the day off shall receive pay computed at the employee's basic hourly rate for the number of hours the employee was regularly scheduled to work. B. On each of the holidays designated above, each part-time employee scheduled to work but permitted to take the day off shall receive pay computed at the employee’s basic hourly rate for the number of hours the employee was regularly scheduled to work.

  • Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation, paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company's standard policies for its senior executive officers.
