Vacations Accrual Rate. All full-time employees shall accrue vacation benefits at the rate of: • During the first year of employment, .25 of their regular workday for each payroll period worked. • During the second year of employment, .375 of their regular workday for each payroll period worked. • During the third year of employment and thereafter, .5 of their regular workday, for each payroll period worked.
