Variation in Hours of Work. The Union and the Employer may agree to implement hours of work, including a twelve (12) hour shift, which are different than those set out in the Appendices for each operational unit. In such circumstances, a memorandum of agreement shall be executed, shall form part of this agreement and shall take precedence over the hours of work as set out in this agreement.
