Venting. 47.1 Tenant shall have the right to vent through the roof of the Building as required for the installation by Tenant of any special equipment in connection with its use of the Demised Premises, including but not limited to, supplemental HVAC units, kitchen exhaust, etc. The location and type of venting shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Tenant shall, at its expense, maintain all said venting and the area of the roof effected by such venting in good condition. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant’s rights granted pursuant to this Paragraph are subject to the terms and conditions of Landlord’s roof warranties and contracts, and Tenant, at its cost, shall comply with the terms and conditions of said warranties and contracts, including, without limitation, any requirement that certain roofers or roofing companies perform such roof work.
Venting. 1. There is no exhaust allowed on Central Park West.
Venting. Lessee shall provide a separate exhaust system for the Premises so that no odors or other contaminants emanate beyond the Premises, all subject to Lessor's approval. Such exhaust system shall not interfere with any other HVAC system on the Building's roof.

In the event either (i) Coffeyville elects not to take any portion of Redelivered Volumes, or (ii) Coffeyville elects to take any portion of Redelivered Volumes, but as of the Redelivery Date, Coffeyville is not able to physically take the same, then in either event, Coffeyville will reduce its delivery of the Contract Volume to Chaparral by such portion of Redelivered Volumes by venting or otherwise releasing such volumes prior to the Title Transfer Point. Venting. Unless already in place on the date of this Lease, Tenant shall be required to obtain Landlord's prior written consent for any venting through the Building facade or roof (including, but not limited to, the installation of supplemental HVAC units, exhaust systems, etc.), such consent not to be unreasonably conditioned, withheld or delayed; provided such venting shall not invalidate or lessen any roof warranties or insurance policies on the Building or violate any applicable zoning or building code requirements, binding elements or any restrictions of record affecting the Building. Venting. The flow-control device and the grease trap shall be vented in accordance with the Florida Building Code - Plumbing, as amended (current edition). The vent shall terminate not less than six inches above the flood-rim level or in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Each food service facility is responsible for maintaining appropriate venting of the grease trap.
