LUNCH AREA. 14.01 Whenever practical a heated lunch room shall be provided free from tools, equipment and any hazardous material. This area must be secure and locked. Lunch rooms to be cleaned on a frequent basis by the members. Any disagreement will be resolved by the Joint Conference Board. .
14.02 Approved sanitary facilities will be provided as per Work Safe BC Regulations. Approved hand cleaner and clean rags shall be provided. Any disagreement will be resolved by the Joint Conference Board.
LUNCH AREA. The Employer shall provide a clean, sanitary lunch- area with sufficient room for all employees or operate under a split lunch system so that all employees eating during a single lunch period have an individual lunch place. The lunch area shall not be used for any purposes except lunches, meetings or conferences.
LUNCH AREA. All students have the right to enjoy a leisurely problem-free lunch period. This should occur if students follow a few simple rules.
1. Treat one another with respect
2. Obey the directions of teachers and cafeteria and custodial employees
3. Be polite and patient while keeping the proper place in line with regard to all machines
4. Refrain from running
5. Keep food and drinks in the lunch area
6. Clean up tables and refrain from littering the floor
7. Keep the noise level down
LUNCH AREA. Landlord shall provide to Tenant, for its non-exclusive use and enjoyment in common with [ASL] and other tenants of the Project, a lunch area in the patio area of the Project (the "LUNCH AREA"), consisting of three (3) picnic tables and one (1) bicycle rack. Landlord shall maintain such Lunch Area at its sole cost and expense; provided, however, that the cost of such maintenance of the Lunch Area may be included as an component of Operating Expenses. Tenant hereby assumes all risk of damage to, or loss of, property or injury to persons in or upon the Lunch Area from any cause whatsoever and agrees that the Landlord Parties shall not be liable for, and are hereby released from any responsibility for, any damage either to person or property or resulting from the loss of use thereof, which damage is sustained by Tenant or by other persons claiming through Tenant, except due to Landlord's negligence or willful misconduct. Tenant shall indemnify, defend, protect, and hold harmless the Landlord Parties from any and all loss, cost, damage, expense and liability (including without limitation court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred in connection with or arising from any cause in or on the Lunch Area, any acts, omissions or negligence of Tenant Parties, in or on the Lunch Area, provided that the terms of the foregoing indemnity shall not apply to the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or the Landlord Parties.
LUNCH AREA. Landlord, at Landlord’s sole expense, shall construct a private fenced patio area, including associated furniture, for Tenant’s exclusive use on the northwest side of the building, or other area as mutually agreed upon between Landlord and Tenant. It is envisioned that this patio area will be located adjacent to their break room.
LUNCH AREA. SECTION 1: It is agreed that the Employer shall furnish a safe and reasonably comfortable place at the site of construction where the workers can keep their tools and eat lunch. Sanitation shall be as required by the Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations.
SECTION 2: Employees shall not use personal cellular phones and pager while working on the project site. Use of such equipment shall be confined to non-working hours, including the lunch break.
LUNCH AREA. Same as Item 1, C, 1 through 9 – Daily Required Services, General Office Area. Same as Item IV, Monthly Required Services, A, B, and C. Same as Item V, D (excluding Items 3 and 4), Floor Care. Hand dust all slatted blinds every two (2) months. Annually hand clean all slatted blinds and adjust to proper positions.
LUNCH AREA. The Company agrees to continue to provide a clean and suitable place for employees to have their lunches and breaks where such is provided at the time of the execution of this Agreement. Where no such designated area exists at the time of execution of this Agreement, the Company shall before the termination of this Agreement, provide a clean and suitable place for employees to have their lunches and breaks.
LUNCH AREA a. Empty and clean all trash and recycling containers and dispose of all trash and rubbish in the appropriate outside containers. Wash trash containers if soiled and reline.
b. Sweep and mop floors.
c. Clean and sanitize the sink, counter tops, tables from finger prints, smudges, grease, dirt, water spots, etc.
d. Wash all door handles, knobs, etc.
e. Spot clean shoe marks, finger prints, etc., from front panels of cabinets, appliances, switch plates, and walls.
