VIOLENCE-FREE WORKPLACE. 1. The Company is committed to working with employees to maintain a workplace free from intimidation, violence or other types of aggressive or disruptive behavior. A safe and violence-free working environment will minimize risk of personal injury and damage to Company property.

VIOLENCE-FREE WORKPLACE. 26.14 The University and the Bargaining Unit shall work together in the interest of achieving a Violence-Free workplace.
VIOLENCE-FREE WORKPLACE. The Hospital will provide a safe environment encompassing a clear policy of zero tolerance for workplace violence (including verbal and nonverbal threats) by patients or visitors. Signage shall be posted within the Hospital stating this policy. Security needs will be addressed for patients who currently demonstrate high risk behavior or who have a history of violence in the Hospital. The Hospital shall cooperate with and comply with all lawful requests from law enforcement.
VIOLENCE-FREE WORKPLACE. Employees must conduct themselves in a professional manner. Threatening or abusive behavior or acts of violence against anyone will not be tolerated. Rather than responding in a similar manner, threats of this nature should be reported and handled according to policy.
VIOLENCE-FREE WORKPLACE. All Employees covered by this Agreement shall be expected to comply with the E mployer’s Violence-Free Workplace Policy.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Contractor represents and warrants that it shall comply with the applicable provisions of the Drug-Free Work Place Act of 1988 (41 U.S.C. §701 et seq.) and maintain a drug-free work environment.

  • Violence in the Workplace (a) The parties agree that violence shall be defined as any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted while performing his or her work. The parties agree it includes the application of force, threats with or without weapons and severe verbal abuse. The parties agree that such incidents will not be condoned. Any employee who believes he/she has been subjected to such incident shall report this to a supervisor who will make every reasonable effort to rectify the situation. For purposes of sub-article (a) only, employees as referred to herein shall mean all employees of the Employer notwithstanding Article 2.12.
