Common use of Visits by Union Representatives Clause in Contracts

Visits by Union Representatives. The City agrees that accredited representatives of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 659, upon reasonable and proper introduction, may have reasonable access to the premises of the City at any time during working hours for the purpose of assisting in the administration of this Agreement, if they first obtain permission to do so from the City Administrator or his/her designated representative.
