Voluntary Overtime. It is understood and agreed that the Company will ask for volunteers for overtime work beyond the requirements of the normal work week schedule (except up to two hours required for start up and shut down shifts) on an individual basis to replace absentees or to meet production requirements. It is further understood and agreed between the parties that should the Company not obtain cooperation from employees in performing necessary overtime to maintain scheduled production levels, the Union agrees that it will meet with the Company when requested to put in place a plan which will provide the required xxxxxxx to meet production overtime requirements.
