Water Systems and Treatment. The Supplier will provide a full water risk assessment under the terms of the L8 Approved Code of Practice - Including the updates (HSG 274) released December 2013. Water treatment chemicals for the prevention of scale corrosion and microbiological activity are required in closed systems and maintained at the levels specified by a competent water treatment specialist engaged by the Supplier and included within the Charges. It is the sole responsibility of the water treatment specialist to undertake analyses, provide and replenish chemicals, ensure correct dosage and adjust dosage controls. Where there is any water loss from a closed system including but not limited to burst pipes, leaks and drain downs DCC Account Manager must be informed without undue delay. It is the responsibility of the Supplier to recharge the system with the correct level of water treatment at no additional cost to DCC immediately after repairs have been completed, to minimise the chance of corrosion. The Supplier is to provide a “Water Systems Log Book” where water system log sheets are to be kept up to date and incorporate within it all related Service sheets detailing any inspections, analyses, dates of maintenance, work carried out including system cleans and disinfections. The log book is to be retained at the Site for inspection and audit by DCC Account Manager. The annual clean and disinfection/ chlorination of all water storage tanks and distribution systems are included in the Services. Where a clean and disinfection/chlorination is required following modifications to stored water systems that have been approved by DCC Account Manager and are not because of negligence by the Supplier, these are considered additional to the contract fee and become chargeable. Any modification works shall be carried out in accordance with this Agreement and the requirements of the appropriate British Standards and Health and Safety Executive. Where water storage tanks and distribution systems have been cleaned and disinfected/chlorinated by the Supplier and there is further infection/contamination within a 12-month period, any repeat clean and disinfection/chlorination shall be undertaken at no additional cost to DCC. The Supplier shall ensure that all water treatment chemical containers are located and stored, and chemicals identified, in accordance with Health and Safety Executive guidance and COSHH Regulations. If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. The requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to wind generators.

  • Fill, Backfill and Landscaping No soil found on Site, or transported to the Site from remote locations, which contains debris or waste or Hazardous Materials shall be used for fill, backfill or landscaping topsoil.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Filing Systems and Equipment A complete and comprehensive catalog of filing systems including vertical and lateral files, bookcases, mobile cabinets and freestanding file cabinets.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.
