Wayfinding. 4.1 The Developer shall consult with TfL in relation to the wayfinding signage proposed to be delivered at the Development prior to its installation and no such signage shall be installed at the Development unless the Developer has had due regard to TfL's comments. 1. Servicing and Deliveries 1.1 Not to Occupy the Development until the Delivery and Service Management Plan has been submitted to and approved by the Council and TfL. 1.2 To comply with the Delivery and Service Management Plan approved pursuant to paragraph 1.1 above for the duration that the Development or any part of the Development remains Occupied. 1.3 Not to Occupy more than 75% of the Development until the Delivery and Service Monitoring Plan has been submitted to and approved by the Council and TfL with such determination to be issued by the Council and TfL promptly and in any event within 8 weeks of submission of the Delivery and Service Monitoring Plan in a form which the Council or TfL have not previously refused to approve. 1.4 To comply with the Delivery and Service Monitoring Plan approved pursuant to paragraph 1.3 above for the duration of the Delivery and Service Monitoring Period. 1.5 Not to Occupy more than 75% of the Development or any part of it until the (a) Delivery and Service Cash Deposit and the Delivery and Service Monitoring Fee has been paid to the Council in full and

Wayfinding. A. Sufficient and clear wayfinding signage shall be provided at all Stops and Stations. 5-2.4.2.1 Stop/Station Identification Sign A. The purpose of a Stop/Station identification sign is to notify Passengers on the LRV which Stop or Station they are arriving at, therefore, the signage must be visible by Passengers from approaching LRVs as they enter the Stop/Station. B. Immediately below each Stop/Station identification sign shall be a single line “Route Map” which identifies all the Stops and Stations along the Valley Line and highlights the Stop/Station on which it is placed: 1. Provide written notice to the City at least ninety (90) days before issuing the Final Design package for Stop/Station identification signs. The City will provide the content for Stop/Station identification signs within thirty (30) days of receiving the written notice. C. Notwithstanding the information in Appendix 1 of the Light Rail TransitGraphic Standards Manual, the “No Smoking” and “No Trespassing” pictograms shall: 1. not be integrated with the Stop/Station identification sign; and 2. be placed separately within 2 m of each Stop/Station identification sign. D. A minimum of four (4) Stop/Station identification signs shall be provided on each Platform that shall: 1. be spaced such that the minimum space between them is not less than 20 m and the distance between the last Stop/Station identification sign and the end of the Platform shall not exceed 30 m; 2. be parallel to the direction of LRV travel; and 3. be double-sided:
Wayfinding. The wayfinding element will address guide signing across the City to assist visitors and residents in accessing major City activity centers. Limited analysis of this element will be provided. The Parking Department has developed a wayfinding system for its parking sites in the commercial areas. This element would complement that strategy on a city-wide basis. Such signing would need to be coordinated with FDOT and Miami-Dade County depending upon roadway segment responsibility. Wayfinding also has a role on the bicycle network and can encourage use by identifying accessible destinations and the time and/or distance to reach them. Recommendations for a wayfinding system within the City will be developed and documented in a memorandum. Deliverable: Wayfinding memorandum.
Wayfinding. Consultant will lead a series of exercises and activities to solicit input on the proposed branding and signage concepts for the two low-stress bike corridors. These exercises and activities will include input from the client team as well as the project Steering Committee and include the following: • Data and Document Request: Consultant will provide a data and document request to the City at the start of the project. This request will identify relevant GIS data needed for both destination identification and base map development; existing branding and wayfinding collateral to guide understanding of existing conditions; and other relevant city documentation, such as branding guidelines. • Visual Preference Survey: Consultant will conduct a brief visual preference survey to gather additional insight. This exercise will be completed as part of the first stakeholder meeting, coinciding with the first project site visit. A brief summary of the results of the exercise will be provided. • Destination Mapping Exercise: Using data provided via the Data and Document request, Alta will conduct a brief exercise with stakeholders to identify destinations along each route. This exercise will be completed as part of the first stakeholder meeting, coinciding with the first project site visit. This task assumes that the Visual Preference Survey and Destination Mapping Exercise will occur as part of the first SAC/TAC meeting (see Task 1.2) and be completed in person. Consultant can distribute the exercise materials to members of these committees who are unable to join.
