Final Design Package a. At a minimum, this package must include final plans, specifications, engineer’s opinion of cost which includes a schedule of eligible costs, and project construction schedule.
Final Design Package. Before proceeding with soil improvement, or as approved by the PURCHASER, the SOIL CONTRACTOR shall submit a complete and final soil improvement design package based on the conceptual design, Exhibit of the subcontract, this specification, and the results of any additional investigation and pre-production test program(s). The package must contain documents and drawings that describe the geometry, configuration, and design properties of the proposed soil modification. The package must show that the design meets the design criteria of Section 4.1, must include the calculations as described in Section 4.2 through 4.6, and must include proposed acceptance criteria as detailed in Section 4.7 through 4.10.

Xxxx 0000 – Opinion of Probable Construction Cost Subconsultant KEH will prepare an opinion of probable construction cost at the 90% design, and update it at the final completion stage. Any opinion of probable construction cost prepared by the Consultant represents its judgments as a design professional and is supplied for the general guidance of the City. Since the Consultant has no control over the cost of labor and material, or over competitive bidding or market conditions, Consultant does not guarantee the accuracy of such opinions as compared to contractor bids or actual cost to the City. Task 6040 – Final QA/QC This task accounts for review activities for the final design package. It includes internal QA/QC review, responses to City 90% Design review comments. Consultant will prepare internal QA/QC review, incorporate QA/QC comments. Respond to City review comments. Submittals and Reviews Documents, drawings, specifications, and electronic information prepared by Consultant for this project are not intended or represented to be suitable for reuse by the City or other parties on other projects, or extensions of this project. Consultant will not be liable for any such use of completed or uncompleted documents without specific authorization. Electronic data delivered to the City will not include the professional stamp or signature of an engineer or architect. Consultant will not be liable for claims or losses arising out of deterioration of electronic files due to inappropriate storage, lengthy storage, or software obsolescence. Final Design Package. Upon receipt of the Pre-Final Design Package review comments, the Design/Builder shall update the design package and provide a Final, stamped Design Package ready to be incorporated into a new interim agreement or issued as a solicitation. The Design/Builder shall certify that the complete system will function together for its intended purpose in accordance with the Owner’s requirements. The Design/Builder accepts the responsibility to modify previously approved work if it is necessary to provide a complete and properly functioning D&C SCADA system without additional compensation unless authorized by the Owner.
