Web Site Maintenance. This agreement allows for minor web site maintenance to pages over a 1 year period, up to an average of one half hour per regular web page, including updating links and making minor changes to a sentence or paragraph.
Web Site Maintenance. Borrower shall make all payments to any Person required in order to maintain and/or register any web-sites and/or domain names of Borrower (the failure to maintain or register would have a Material Adverse Effect) at least 30 days prior to the date on which such payments are due and Borrower shall provide evidence of all such payments not later than 10 calendar days after such payments are made.
Web Site Maintenance. Contractor agrees to maintain and support an Internet website for access to the ESS, configuration assistance, product descriptions, product specifications and other aides in accordance with instructions provided by the agreement administrator. In addition, contractor may provide electronic commerce assistance for the electronic submission of purchase orders, purchase order tracking and reporting.

It does not include major page reconstruction, new pages, guest books, discussion webs, navigation structure changes, attempted updates by Client repairs. The period begins on the date the Client's web site is available to be published to Ministry Web Designing Hosting. Major page code and/or graphics changes and additions will be charged at the $50.00 per hour rate. (Notice: This rate is subject to change at any time.) Continuous maintenance will be billed when $250 has been reached, or in 30-day increments, whichever comes first. All payments, regardless of amount, must be made within 30 days.
Web Site Maintenance. Depending on the extent of the repairs or modifications made, web site maintenance may be performed as an Hourly Service or as a fixed price Service, as agreed to by the parties.
Web Site Maintenance. Website backups are the responsibility of the client. Any fixes or restorations that are necessary from errors occurred during web site maintenance or backups performed by the client will be billed at $125/ hr. Now or Never Design is not responsible for any problems caused as a result of newer technology or software being released after a project has been accepted. Any issues that arise as a result may be quoted for separately based on our standard hourly rates at that time.
Web Site Maintenance. NJIT will assist the Agency in maintaining and updating the Agency’s web site for a period not to exceed one calendar year from the date of this agreement. The Agency shall be provided with no more than two (2) updates/changes to the web site per calendar month during the academic year (September – April) and once per calendar month from May - August. Web Site Maintenance. [IF SCOPE OF WORK]. All website’s require routine maintenance and updating. The terms of service include NO website maintenance unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Such items may include, but are not exclusive to: theme changes or updates, plugin changes or updates, platform changes or update, major or minor page reconstruction, new pages/new posts, changes to aesthetics, changes to url’s, artwork, or text, guestbooks, discussion webs, blogs, navigation structure changes, attempted updates by Client repairs or Web Design Projects delivered to Client via diskette, U.S. mail and e-mail. The maintenance period begins on the date the Client's web site is available to be published to the Client's hosting service [NO APPROVAL IS NEEDED]. Major page code and/or graphics changes and additions will be charged at the $65.00 per hour rate. (Notice: This rate is subject to change at any time.) Maintenance agreements are billed on or about the 1st day of each month and are due upon receipt or within the payment terms outlined on the delivered invoice. All payments, regardless of amount, must be made within 21 days to avoid penalty fees.
Web Site Maintenance. A. Vendor warrants and represents that Contract and related information will be accurately and completely posted, maintained and displayed in an objective and timely manner which renders it clearly distinguishable from other, non-Contract offerings at Vendor’s web site. Vendor will use commercially reasonable efforts to post, maintain and display the Contract and related information. DIR/TSD shall maintain a link from its web site to the Vendor’s Contract website, which link may be terminated by DIR for cause and at the expiration of the Contract.
B. DIR will conduct periodic checks of the content on Vendor’s website to ensure accuracy of the information posted as compared with the Contract terms. Vendor shall promptly correct its website at the direction of DIR.
C. Use of access data is prohibited. If Vendor stores, collects or maintains data electronically as a condition of accessing State Contract information, such data shall only be used internally by Vendor for the purpose of implementing or marketing the State Contract, and shall not be disseminated to third parties or used for other marketing purposes. This Contract constitutes a public document under the laws of the State and Vendor shall not restrict access to the Contract terms and conditions including pricing, i.e., through use of restrictive technology or passwords.
D. Vendor is solely responsible for administration, content, intellectual property rights, and all materials at Vendor’s web site. Vendor is solely responsible for its actions and those of its agents, employees, or subcontractors, and agrees that neither Vendor nor any of the foregoing has any authority to act or speak on behalf of DIR or the State. DIR also reserves the right to require a change of listed content if, in the opinion of DIR, it does not adequately represent this Contract.
