Common use of Wedding Leave Clause in Contracts

Wedding Leave. Where operational requirements permit, in the opinion of the Employer leave with salary will be granted for a period of up to and including four (4) days to attend a wedding of a child, parent, brother or sister of an employee or of an employee’s spouse. The employee will be charged the current substitute rate for these days. An additional three (3) days without pay may be granted by the Employer.
