Call Back/Call In. 9.1 The Employer retains the right to call in or call back employees before an employee has started a normal work day or normal work week and after an employee has completed a normal work day or normal work week.
Call Back/Call In. (a) Any employee who has completed his/her scheduled shift and has left the premises and is called back to work in an emergency shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours at the appropriate overtime rate of pay as per article 15.01. This shall not apply to weekend school checks or overtime where advance notice is given.
Call Back/Call In. 1454 18.3.1 The District shall attempt to apply the provisions of this section 1455 to employees who volunteer to be subject to call back or call in. 1456 In the event of an emergency, employees who have not agreed 1457 to volunteer may be obligated to report to work pursuant to 1458 these provisions. 1459 18.3.2 A full-time employee called back to work after completion of the 1460 employee’s regular assignment shall be compensated for a 1461 minimum of two (2) hours of work at the overtime rate. Part- 1462 time employees called back to work after completion of the 1463 employee’s regular assignment shall be compensated for a 1464 minimum of two (2) hours of work at the employee’s appropriate 1465 rate of pay. Any employee who reports to work in a condition 1466 which makes the employee unfit to perform the assigned duties 1467 shall not be entitled to Call In Time Pay.
Call Back/Call In. 32.01 When employees are called back to work after leaving the Home premises upon completion of their shift, such employees will receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at straight time or time and one-half (1 1/2) for actual hours worked, whichever is the greater.

An employee called back to work shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours pay, or pay for the hours actually worked, whichever is greater, provided the call-back / call-in is not annexed to the employee’s regular work hours, in which case he/she shall be paid for the additional hours worked.
Call Back/Call In. An employee who is called in or reports for work as scheduled, where there is no work available, and or accepts a request to work on a scheduled day off, shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay, it being understood that such employee may be assigned to work elsewhere in the CCAC during such four (4) hour period. Such reassignment will be within reasonable proximity of the employee’s office.

Employees called in to work by the District on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work or more than one (1) hour before their workday is scheduled to start or before or after their scheduled work day, shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay.
Call Back/Call In. Full-Time and Part-Time
Call Back/Call In. (a) Where employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift and prior to the commencement of their next regular shift they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours of work or four (4) hours pay at the rate of time and one-half their regular earnings. Where call back is immediately prior to the commencement of their regular shift the call back will only apply to the point of commencement of a regular shift at the rate of time and one-half after which they shall revert back to the regular shift.
