Weekly Productivity Benefits. (a) Weekly Productivity Benefits will be provided to Employees, as set out in the relevant Regional Appendix; (b) The Weekly Productivity Benefits paid to Employees are in satisfaction of any entitlements to allowances provided for in the Award (as amended from time to time) including Expense Related Allowances clause 21, Industry Allowances clause 22 and Other Allowances clause 23 (except Tool Allowance, Meal Allowance, Compensation for Clothes and Tools, Multistorey Allowance and First Aid Allowance). (c) For clarity, the Weekly Productivity Benefits are also paid in compensation for any work performed underground, in a jumpform or for dealing with hazardous materials.

  • Specific Benefits Without limiting the generality of Section 3.3, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation of not less than the greater of (a) 20 business days per year or (b) the number of paid business vacation days provided to other senior executives of the Company (to be taken at reasonable times in accordance with the Company’s policies). Any accrued vacation not taken during any year may be carried forward to subsequent years; provided, that the Executive may not carry forward more than ten business days of unused vacation in any one year.

  • Public Benefits ‌ 5.1 Developer to provide Public Benefits‌ The Developer must, at its cost and risk, provide the Public Benefits to the City in accordance with this document.

  • Educational Benefits The Employer agrees to provide educational benefits to employees that are in permanent status as of the first day of the quarter they are registering in accordance with the Employer’s space-available tuition waiver policy and employee 50% operating fee tuition waiver policy, to include:

  • City Benefits The Contractor shall not be entitled to any of the benefits established for the employees of the City nor be covered by the Worker's Compensation Program of the City.

  • Public Benefit It is Reaction Retail’s understanding that the commitments it has agreed to herein, and actions to be taken by Reaction Retail under this Settlement Agreement, would confer a significant benefit to the general public, as set forth in Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5 and Cal. Admin. Code tit. 11, § 3201. As such, it is the intent of Reaction Retail that to the extent any other private party initiates an action alleging a violation of Proposition 65 with respect to Reaction Retail’s failure to provide a warning concerning exposure to DEHP prior to use of the Products it has manufactured, distributed, sold, or offered for sale in California, or will manufacture, distribute, sell, or offer for sale in California, such private party action would not confer a significant benefit on the general public as to those Products addressed in this Settlement Agreement, provided that Reaction Retail is in material compliance with this Settlement Agreement.

  • Loss of Benefits Employees who are separated from the service by a discharge under other than honorable conditions, bad conduct, or dishonorable discharge shall not be entitled to any of the benefits of Section 3 through Section 9 of the Article (relating to military leaves without pay) except such vested rights as they may have acquired thereto by virtue of payments made into their retirement accounts.

  • Application for Benefits Requests for short-term leaves shall be in writing, upon the appropriate form prescribed and provided by the District, and shall be filed with the unit member's supervisor and the appropriate manager five (5) days in advance of the intended leave (except in emergency situations), unless otherwise stated by the provisions of the specific leave.

  • Mitigation; Exclusivity of Benefits (a) The Executive shall not be required to mitigate the amount of any benefits hereunder by seeking other employment or otherwise, nor shall the amount of any such benefits be reduced by any compensation earned by the Executive as a result of employment by another employer after the Date of Termination or otherwise. (b) The specific arrangements referred to herein are not intended to exclude any other benefits which may be available to the Executive upon a termination of employment with the Employers pursuant to employee benefit plans of the Employers or otherwise.

  • Death Benefits Upon the Executive’s death during the Contract Period, the Executive’s estate shall not be entitled to any further benefits under this Agreement.

  • Prerequisites to Benefits Neither the Participant, nor any person claiming through the Participant, shall have any right or interest in the Restricted Stock awarded hereunder, unless and until all the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement and the Plan which affect the Participant or such other person shall have been complied with as specified herein.
