Weeks Accrual. 4.615 hours for each biweekly pay period on paid status after completion of 104 biweekly pay periods of continuous employment and until completion of 286 biweekly pay periods of continuous employment up to a maximum accrual of 240 hours.
Weeks Accrual. Employees shall accrue four (4) weeks of vacation annually after the completion of two-hundred eighty-six (286) full-time biweekly pay periods (11 years) of continuous employment and until completion of five-hundred twenty (520) full-time biweekly pay periods (20 years) of continuous employment, up to a maximum balance of eight (8) weeks.
