Where the Employer enters into a client contract for the provisions of security services at a non-USW site, the actual wage rate for all employees shall be the minimum basic wage rate as set out in Article 25.02 unless a greater amount is required to be paid by the Employer pursuant to the provisions of the Employment Standards Act, R.S.O. 1990,c.E.14, as amended from time to time, in regulations thereunder. In addition, during the first year in which the Employer acquires a non-USW site, the Employer may refrain from providing benefits pursuant to Article 26 to all employees working at the site; thereafter all employees assigned to the site will be entitled to benefits in accordance with Article 26.
