WHOLESALE SERVICE BRANDING. PSI is to deliver the Dedicated Internet Access service to IXC and IXC Customers on a branded basis, such that the service is delivered to the end customer as an IXC or IXC Reseller branded service. Service branding is to be present in the following areas: o Sales collateral o Service manuals and other service-related material. o All PSI contact with the end customer, such as during order verification, service provisioning, and customer support o Email addresses and web site domain names for customer support, service status, service information. o Service usage reports Where additional investment and resources are required, PSI will state estimated costs in advance for which IXC or the IXC Reseller is responsible.

Service branding is to be present in the following areas: o Sales collateral o End user software diskettes o User manuals and other service-related material. o All PSI contact with the end customer, such as during order verification, service provisioning, and customer support o Email addresses and web site domain names for customer support, service status, service information. o Domain names used for end user account, as reflected in user email addresses and user web page location identifiers. o Service usage reports PSI will provide service branding pricing under separate cover.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) governs the operation of MACS schools and owns, governs and operates the School. 1.2 Parents and guardians, as the first educators of their children, enter into a partnership with the Catholic school to promote and support their child’s education. Parents and guardians must assume a responsibility for maintaining this partnership by supporting the school in the provision of education to their children within the scope of School's registration and furthering the spiritual and academic life of their children.

  • Food Services The School District will provide for all applicable Student meals as required by State and Federal law and School District rules and procedures as applicable when students attend a College site. Students may purchase food from College food service facilities when on the College campus.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Software Services If elected by Customer, the following Software Services will be made available for Customer’s use. 2.1. Core HR Software Service is a system of interactive web pages to assist Customer in its human resource related recordkeeping and reporting. Customer shall ensure the accuracy of its Customer Data. The HR Software Services shall function in accordance with the Documentation, as may be amended from time to time, and provide features to aid Customer with its compliance with federal and state laws and regulations applicable to Human Resources (except as stated otherwise in the Documentation). 2.2. Recruiting Software Service is a system of interactive web pages to assist Customer in posting job requisitions, storing candidates, recording job applications, and the related recordkeeping and reporting. Customer shall ensure the accuracy of its Customer Data. The Recruiting Software Service shall function in accordance with the Documentation which may be amended from time to time.
