Wisconsin Retirement Fund. The City and employee shall each pay to the Wisconsin Retirement System an amount equal to one-half of the total contribution rate approved by the Employee Trust Fund Board.
Wisconsin Retirement Fund. (a) Each employee shall be a participant of the Wisconsin State Retirement Plan as provided by Wisconsin Statutes and rules established by the Wisconsin Retirement Fund Board. The employer shall pay the employer share and the employee shall pay the employee share as required by law.
Wisconsin Retirement Fund. For each employee who must be a participant of the Wisconsin State Retirement Plan and subject to the rules and regulations thereof, the County shall pay up to, but not to exceed $3500.00 per year of each participating protective service employee's share of his/her contribution to said plan. Public safety employees hired after July 1, 2011 must pay the general employee share of WRS.
Wisconsin Retirement Fund. There is presently in effect in the County a retirement plan known as the Wisconsin Retirement Fund. This fund is covered in Chapter 40 of the Wisconsin Statutes, as amended.
Wisconsin Retirement Fund. Effective on the date of hire, all new employees shall participate in the Wisconsin Retirement Fund Pension Plan. Employees shall pay an amount equal to one-half of all actuarially required Wisconsin Retirement System general employee share contributions, as approved by the Employee Trust Fund Board, effective the first day of the first pay period after March 13, 2011. Prior to March 20, 2011, the City paid the employee’s entire share up to six point five (6.5%) percent to the Wisconsin Retirement Fund.
Wisconsin Retirement Fund. 16.01 The Employer shall participate in the Wisconsin Retirement Fund and shall pay the entire employee’s share of contribution to such fund. Said contribution shall be in addition to the Employer’s normal contribution.
Wisconsin Retirement Fund. The City agrees to pay the employer’s share to the Wisconsin State Retirement System. Effective January 1, 2013, all officers will contribute the full general employee share (as determined by WRS) to the Wisconsin State Retirement System.
Wisconsin Retirement Fund. The City shall pay up to seven and one-half (7.5%) of all eligible earnings as each participating Fire Fighter's normal employee contribution to the Wisconsin Retirement Fund as established by Wisconsin State Statutes § 40.05(1)(a). Beginning for all compensation received on or after January 1, 2018, employees hired prior to January 1, 2012 shall contribute three percent (3%) of all eligible earnings as the employee contribution to the Wisconsin Retirement Fund. The City shall contribute the remainder of the employee contribution as established by the State.
Wisconsin Retirement Fund. The Employer shall make the employer required contribution for each eligible employee to the Wisconsin Retirement Fund (protective with social security class). Eligible employees shall make the required employee contribution to the Wisconsin Retirement Fund (protective with social security class).
Wisconsin Retirement Fund. The parties agree to follow the contribution rates established by law and the employee shall contribute the employee’s share to the Wisconsin Retirement System.
