Witness Leave. On presentation of court documentation, any employee who must serve as a witness on behalf of the Crown or the Employer shall be paid the difference between their regular wages and the amount of compensation received from the court. This procedure shall apply for each day that the employee is required to act as witness, provided that the employee reports to work if required to do so during regular hours that they are not required to attend court.
