Work and Compensation. Employees will continue to be compensated under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement regardless of the instructional model used during the 2020-2021 school year should they be able to perform their assigned job duties. Should the employee be unavailable to work all or part of their assignment, the employee must apply for the appropriate paid or unpaid leave.
