WORK CONTINUITY. A. The Association covenants and agrees that during the lifetime of this Agreement neither the Association nor any person acting in its behalf will cause, authorize, or support, not will any of its members take part in any strike (i.e., the concerted failure to report for duty, or willful absence of any employee from his/her position, or stoppage of work or absenteeism in whole or part, from the full, faithful, and proper performance of the employee’s duties of employment), work stoppage, slowdown, walkout or other job action against the Board. The Association agrees that such action would constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
WORK CONTINUITY. It is a term of this agreement that while the dispute resolution procedure is being conducted work shall continue normally unless an employee has a reasonable concern about an imminent risk to his or her health or safety.
WORK CONTINUITY. The Gateway Regional Education Association agrees that during the duration of this agreement there shall be no strikes, work stoppages, or other concerted refusal to perform work by employees covered by this agreement.
WORK CONTINUITY. 1. The Association agrees that it will sanction no job actions of any type and will discourage any job actions by its membership for the duration of this contract and during the course of grievance procedures. The Board will conduct no lockouts during the terms of this Agreement.
WORK CONTINUITY. The Association agrees that during the duration of this agreement, there shall be no strikes, work stoppages or other concerted refusal to work by employees covered by this agreement.
WORK CONTINUITY. The Union agrees that for the life of this contract there shall be no strike, slowdown, sickout or other similar concerted action.
WORK CONTINUITY. 3.1 It is agreed and understood that there will be no strike, work stoppage, slowdown, willful absence from assigned work station, or refusal or failure to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities by any teacher employee organization or by its officers, agents, or members during the term of these understandings, including compliance with the request of other employee organizations to engage in such activity.
WORK CONTINUITY. There shall be no strike, lockout, and stoppage of work or other interference pending disposition of any matter by the Joint Trade Board or on appeal.
WORK CONTINUITY. Section 1 Neither the Association nor any administrator, individually or collectively, will engage in, support or encourage any strike, curtailment or restriction of work.
WORK CONTINUITY. While the dispute resolution process is taking place work must be performed in accordance with the reasonable direction of the employer. However in providing such direction TransGrid shall take into consideration the impact of any changes to ensure that they will not prejudice any final outcomes from the dispute process. All work must continue in accordance with this Agreement and the Act. Subject to applicable occupational health and safety legislation, an employee must not unreasonably fail to comply with a direction by the employer to perform work, whether at the same or another workplace that is safe and appropriate for the employee to perform work.
