WORK CONTINUITY. It is a term of this agreement that while the dispute resolution procedure is being conducted work shall continue normally unless an employee has a reasonable concern about an imminent risk to his or her health or safety.
WORK CONTINUITY. The Gateway Regional Education Association agrees that during the duration of this agreement there shall be no strikes, work stoppages, or other concerted refusal to perform work by employees covered by this agreement.
WORK CONTINUITY. A. The Union covenants and agrees that during the lifetime of this Agreement, neither the Union nor any person acting in its behalf will cause, authorize or support, nor will any of its members take part in any strike (i.e., the concerted failure to report for duty, or willful absence of any employee from his/her position, or stoppage of work or absenteeism in whole or part, from the full, faithful and proper performance of the employee's duties of employment), work stoppage, slowdown, walkout or other job action against the Board. The Union agrees that such action would constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
B. The Union, during the life of this Agreement, will actively discourage and will take whatever affirmative steps are necessary to prevent or terminate any strike, work stoppage, slowdown, walkout or other job action against the Board.
C. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to limit or restrict the Board in its right to seek and obtain such judicial relief as it may be entitled to have in law or in equity for injunction or damages or both in the event of such breach by the Union or its members.

In the event of a strike, slowdown, walkout or other job action, it is covenanted and agreed that participation in any such activity by the Association member shall entitle the Board to invoke the following: Such activity shall be deemed grounds for termination of employment of such employee or employees, subject, however, to the application of the State Law.
C. The Association will actively discourage and will take whatever affirmative steps are necessary to prevent or terminate any strike, work stoppage, slowdown, walkout or other job action against the Board.
D. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to limit or restrict the Board in its right to seek and obtain such judicial relief as it may be entitled to have in law or in equity for injunction or damages or both in the event of such breach by the Association or its members.
WORK CONTINUITY. Section 1 Neither the Association nor any administrator, individually or collectively, will engage in, support or encourage any strike, curtailment or restriction of work.
WORK CONTINUITY. 1. The Association agrees that it will sanction no job actions of any type and will discourage any job actions by its membership for the duration of this contract and during the course of grievance procedures. The Board will conduct no lockouts during the terms of this Agreement.
2. The parties agree that they will resolve all disputes through the procedure outlined in this Agreement or as subsequently modified by statute or court decision.

WORK CONTINUITY. 3.1 It is agreed and understood that there will be no strike, work stoppage, slowdown, willful absence from assigned work station, or refusal or failure to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities by any teacher employee organization or by its officers, agents, or members during the term of these understandings, including compliance with the request of other employee organizations to engage in such activity.
WORK CONTINUITY. There shall be no strike, lockout, and stoppage of work or other interference pending disposition of any matter by the Joint Trade Board or on appeal.
