Work Cover Make Up Pay. The Council agrees to enter into an insurance plan to cover make up pay for weekly payments of an amount being the difference between the Workers Compensation Paid under the applicable State Workers Compensation Act and the employees average pre injury weekly earnings. Make up pay is paid during a period of incapacity where the employee receives a weekly payment under the provisions of the State Workers Compensation Act. Make up pay is paid for a maximum of 104 weeks for any one injury/illness during a period of rehabilitation and while on alternative duties.

  • Complete Work without Extra Cost Except to the extent otherwise specifically stated in this contract, the Contractor shall obtain and provide, without additional cost to the City, all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform the Work.

  • WORK COVERED (a) This Agreement shall cover all work coming within the recognized jurisdiction of the Laborers’ International Union of North America as set forth in their Manual of Jurisdiction as amended in October 1961, and by any amendments to this Manual, and as now included in Section 1 of the Jurisdictional Guidelines booklet, adopted by the Laborers’ International Union of North America, State of Indiana District Council, on the date of February 26, 1972, and as amended from time to time as mutually agreed upon by both parties.

  • Maximum Contribution The total amount you may contribute to an IRA for any taxable year cannot exceed the lesser of 100 percent of your compensation or $6,000 for 2019 and 2020, with possible cost- of-living adjustments each year thereafter.   • Term and Maximum Compensation 1.4.1. The term of this CONTRACT is for three (3) years, commencing upon Board of Supervisor approval, with a maximum allowable compensation of one million, five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000), with the option to renew for two (2) additional years, with Board approval; except as permitted in Paragraph 1.5 below.

  • Work Period; Overtime Pay The work period for overtime computation purposes shall be a seven (7) day period, as defined by the Employer. Nurses working this twelve (12) hour shift schedule shall be paid overtime compensation at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours after the end of the twelve (12) hour shift or for any hours worked beyond forty (40) hours in a seven (7) day period. If a nurse works more than two (2) consecutive hours beyond the end of the twelve (12) hour shift, all overtime hours after fourteen (14) consecutive hours of work for that shift shall be paid at double time (2x).

  • Maximum Contract Amount 4.4.1. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the City’s maximum payment obligation will not exceed ($_) (the “Maximum Contract Amount”). The City is not obligated to execute an agreement or any amendments for any further services, including any services performed by the Contractor beyond that specifically described in Exhibit A.
