Work Cycle - Travel. 19.1. Where an Employee is required to commute between the Employee’s home port and the work site the Company will pay the cost of travel, by air, between that home port and the work site. The provisions of this sub-clause do not apply where air transport is arranged for the Employee at the Company’s expense. 19.2. If the Employee fails to arrive at the airport terminal in time to be able to board the designated aircraft, with the written agreement of the Employee the Company may deduct the cost of the travel from the Employee’s wages. To avoid doubt, this clause does not apply if the Employee’s failure is related to an entitlement to paid leave or the reason for failure to arrive at the terminal on time was beyond reasonable control of the employee. 19.3. Where the employment of an Employee is terminated at the worksite the Company must reimburse the Employee for the cost of travel, by air, between the worksite and Employee’s home port. The provisions of this sub-clause do not apply where air transport is arranged for the Employee at the Company’s expense. 00.0. Xx the time of engagement, an Employee’s home port will be identified for the purposes of travel, at the Company’s expense, to and from the work site. The Company and the Employee may agree to a change in the Employee’s designated home port after a period of 12 months service. 19.5. The Annualised Wage in Schedule A includes an amount to compensate the Employee for any travel time.

  • Work Year The full-time work year for all employees employed in EA and ECE job classes shall be a minimum of 194 work days to correspond with the school year calendar.

  • Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations. State Street and the Fund agree that each will engage or retain the services of trained personnel to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum. State Street agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the System so that it remains serviceable, provided, however, that State Street does not guarantee or assure uninterrupted remote access use of the System.

  • Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.

  • WORK CLOTHING Two sets of cotton drill protective clothing will be issued to all employees, upon request, within two weeks of commencing work with the Company. Employees will be made aware of these entitlements at the time of employment. A set of clothing will consist of either: • Two pairs of overalls; or • Two combination bib and brace; or • Two pairs of long trousers and two long sleeved shirt; or • Work denims at cost no greater than the above three choices • Clothing and footwear will be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis.

  • Work Shifts Employees shall be scheduled to work on regular work shifts having regular starting and quitting times. Except for emergencies (see Section D), employees' work schedules shall not be changed without written notice to the employee at least five (5) working days prior to the date the change is to be effective. Irregular work schedules shall not be changed without written notice to the employee at least ten

  • Work Day The standard work day shall be eight (8) consecutive hours of work exclusive of a lunch period in a consecutive twenty-four (24) hour day.

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Supplier Diversity Seller shall comply with Xxxxx’s Supplier Diversity Program in accordance with Appendix V.

  • Period of Work Work under this Agreement shall begin no sooner than the date on which this Agreement has been fully executed by the parties and approved by the Controller and the State Purchases Review Committee. Unless terminated earlier, this Agreement shall expire on the date set out on the first page of this Agreement, or at the completion and acceptance of all specified tasks, and delivery of all contracted products and services as defined in this Agreement, including performance of any warranty and/or maintenance agreements, whichever is the later date.
