Work Plans and Timelines. The work plan must include a description of the planning, start-up, implementation, closeout, and evaluation activities that will be conducted, along with a timeline and proposed milestones, outcomes, and metrics. Activities must include but are not limited to: • Partnerships: o Establishing or finalizing necessary partnerships, MOUs, and sub-award agreements, including data sharing agreements and contracts and financial agreements for service delivery; and o Meeting and engaging in strategic planning with partners identified in the application and other interested stakeholders to ensure service coordination and readiness for program implementation. • Partnership with SSA: o Clearly identify the role(s) you are proposing that SSA have, including any data you need from SSA, policy consultations with subject matter experts, and time commitments. (See Section VI.B.ii.) • Service components and planning logistics: o Finalizing a plan for communication, outreach, recruitment, and enrollment of the target population; and o Establishing a process for any service or supports for participants. • Personnel and training: o Developing training program and materials for service providers using evidence-based strategies and best practices to be used in the proposed model (identified in the previous section); and o Hiring and training of other necessary personnel. • Implementation plan: o Proposed milestones, interim outputs, and outcome goals; o Proposed metrics for measuring process and program outputs and outcomes;

  • Improvement Plans a. An improvement plan is a clearly articulated assistance program for a teacher/counselor/SLP whose overall summative rating is ineffective.

  • Plans and Specifications After Landlord receives and approves Tenant’s Space Plan as provided above, Tenant will cause Tenant’s Architect to prepare the Plans and Specifications for the Tenant Improvements. Landlord will approve or disapprove (specifically describing any reasons for disapproval) the Plans and Specifications in writing within ten (10) Business Days after receiving them. If Landlord disapproves the Plans and Specifications, Tenant will provide appropriately revised Plans and Specifications to Landlord for approval (or disapproval) within five (5) Business Days on the same basis as set forth above. After Landlord’s approval, Tenant will submit the Plans and Specifications for permits and construction bids. No deviation from the Building Standard will be permitted in the Space Plan or the Plans and Specifications, provided reasonable deviations with respect to the ceiling, lighting, painting, flooring and wall covering may be permitted with Landlord’s approval. Landlord will not approve any deviations which Landlord believes (a) do not conform to applicable codes, ordinances and other Laws or are disapproved by any governmental agency, (b) require services beyond the level normally provided to other tenants in the Building, or (c) are of a nature or quality that are inconsistent with Landlord’s overall plan or objectives for the Building. No approval by Landlord of any deviation constitutes an acknowledgment by Landlord that such deviations are in conformance with applicable codes, ordinances and other Laws. In the event that Landlord’s approval shall be required in this Tenant Improvements Agreement, then notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in the Lease, Landlord’s approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

  • Work Plan Coordinate a work plan including a list of the proposed meetings and coordination activities, and related tasks to be performed, a schedule and an estimate. The work plan must satisfy the requirements of the project and must be approved by the State prior to commencing work.

  • Work Progress Schedule Refer to Special Conditions and Division 1 General Administration Specifications for additional schedule requirements. Unless indicated otherwise in those documents, Contractor shall submit to the ODR and the A/E its initial Work Progress Schedule for the Work in relation to the entire Project not later than twenty-one (21) days after the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. Unless otherwise indicated in the Contract Documents, the Work Progress Schedule shall be based upon a computerized Critical Path Method (CPM) with full reporting capability. This initial schedule shall indicate the dates for starting and completing the various aspects required to complete the Work, including mobilization, procurement, installation, testing, inspection, and acceptance of all the Work of the Contract. When acceptable to the Owner, the initially accepted schedule shall be the Baseline Schedule for comparison to actual conditions throughout the contract duration.
