Outputs and Outcomes Clause Samples

The Outputs and Outcomes clause defines the specific deliverables and measurable results that a party is expected to produce under an agreement. It typically outlines what tangible products, services, or milestones must be provided, as well as the standards or criteria by which their success will be evaluated. For example, it may require a contractor to deliver a set number of reports or achieve certain performance targets within a given timeframe. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of expectations, reducing ambiguity and helping to assess whether contractual obligations have been met.
