WORK TASK. Each work task in the Approved Work Plan has a unique Computerized Maintenance Management System ID (“ID”) that is shown on Exhibit F. To track the expense of each task, the Resident Curator will assign each reported expense (material, rental, contractor, work hours) to the appropriate ID in Tracking Form.

WORK TASK a. (Operators relevant work activities, system relevant work activities; chronological sequence of all work activities; hazardous robot-to-person distance measurements; drawing of workspace)
WORK TASK. An employee must: (1) perform such work, including shift work, as reasonably required by the Company from time to time; and (2) undertake training as required by the Company from time to time; (3) comply with the direction of the Company to work reasonable additional hours commensurate with the terms of the company's contract requirements with the client, at any time during the seven days of the week at the appropriate remuneration prescribed; and (4) if the employee is a shift worker who is not relieved, as scheduled, at the end of the dedicated shift, continue to work until relieved or otherwise authorised to finish work by the Company; and (5) use all appropriate protective clothing and equipment provided by the Company for specific circumstances and adhere to the prescribed occupational health and safety policies of the Company; and (6) comply with the Company’s directions to carry out work required within the skill and competency of the employee without artificial constraint; and (7) cooperate with initiatives to introduce changes to operations; and (8) comply with the Company’s direction to keep the workplace clean and in a safe operating condition, and. (9) An employee may be required to perform additional duties from time to time which the employee is trained and competent to perform to meet the needs of the business.

  • Work Day The standard work day shall be eight (8) consecutive hours of work exclusive of a lunch period in a consecutive twenty-four (24) hour day.

  • Work Plan Coordinate a work plan including a list of the proposed meetings and coordination activities, and related tasks to be performed, a schedule and an estimate. The work plan must satisfy the requirements of the project and must be approved by the State prior to commencing work.

  • Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.

  • Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule. (B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void. (C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.

  • Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Commencement of Work Engineer shall not commence any field work under this Contract until he/she/it has obtained all required insurance and such insurance has been approved by County. As further set out below, Engineer shall not allow any subcontractor/subconsultant(s) to commence work to be performed in connection with this Contract until all required insurance has been obtained and approved and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval of the insurance by County shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Engineer hereunder.

  • Completion of Work The Contractor agrees to complete the work on, or before October 29, 2021.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Work Year The full-time work year for all employees employed in EA and ECE job classes shall be a minimum of 194 work days to correspond with the school year calendar.
