Work Time; Travel Time. Studio rates and working conditions shall prevail on nearby locations; however, the provisions of Paragraph 20(h)(2) shall not apply on nearby locations. Work time shall begin when ordered to report at the studio and continue until dismissed at the studio. Travel time to and from the location shall be work time.

Work Time; Travel Time. (i) Time spent travelling to and from Distant Locations shall be considered time worked and shall be subject to payment in accordance with this Agreement. (ii) On any day on which a Guild Member is required only to travel to a Distant Location, the Guild Member shall be paid fifty percent (50%) of the Guild Member’s applicable Contracted Rate for all travel up to four (4) hours. If the Guild Member is required to travel for more than four (4) hours, the Guild Member shall be paid for the full day. Travel time shall be calculated in reference to the edge of the Studio zone except for Air Travel where travel time shall be calculated as per the recommended check-in time before departure at the airport to the hotel accommodation or home. (iii) Travel from the lodging to the workplace is travel time.

Related to Work Time; Travel Time

  • Work Time Work time is defined as all hours actually spent in pay status including travel time required by and at the direction of the Employer before, during or after the regularly-assigned workday.

  • Travel Time Leave provided in paragraphs A and B of this Article shall apply to and cover actual and necessary travel to and from such meetings required during normal working hours on the day of the meeting or negotiations, except that MSEA-SEIU bargaining team members traveling 100 miles or more to negotiations shall be entitled to travel time outside of days of negotiations.

  • Travel time allowance All employees shall be paid an allowance (See Appendix A) for each day on which they present themselves for work. The allowance shall also be paid for rostered days off.

  • Work Day The standard work day shall be eight (8) consecutive hours of work exclusive of a lunch period in a consecutive twenty-four (24) hour day.

  • Break Time For daily work assignments of six or more hours, permanent and probationary employees (except bus drivers and bus aides) shall be entitled to one 15-minute break for each half of the work assignment. For work assignments of less than six hours, such employees shall be entitled to one 15-minute break. Employees who spend a majority of the workday working with a Video Display Terminal (VDT) shall be permitted to perform other job-related duties (i.e., work not involving use of a VDT) 10 continuous minutes out of each hour. Such time shall not be cumulative and shall be in addition to break time established above.

  • Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.

  • Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.

  • Flex Time Upon agreement of the supervisor's immediate supervisor, an individual flex-time schedule may be established.

  • Response Time PROVIDING PARTY shall respond to and resolve any problems in connection with the Corporate Services for RECEIVING PARTY within a commercially reasonable period of time, using response and proposed resolution times consistent with its response and resolution of such problems for itself.

  • Working Day Working Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday which is observed by the construction industry in the area of the Place of the Work.
